Truffle gets to enjoy the snow.
I've been asked if I worry about them running off. Certain ones, I don't. The ones I've raised to adulthood know me and consider me bonded with them I think. They stay close. Or, they hop off and come running back to check on me in less than a minute each time. I love it! You can have this same bond with a bunny just by loving it well. (Meaning comfort, peace, pleasure)

First one has regular rabbit fur (not wool, not satin, not rex) and second has plush fur (a modified rex coat). The plush baby fur is wavy but their adult fur is straight (in most cases), velvety soft, often shiny, and sheds less than the regular furred coats. Some call the plush coats "hypoallergenic" which means "less likely to cause an allergic reaction".
Remember when I talked about "carriers"? Rabbits carry two genes of most everything, including the type of fur. One gene you see & feel, the other is hidden/carried. Truffle and Wildfire are the parents. They both have regular fur "R" but carry the gene for plush (rex) fur "r". Regular fur is dominant over plush fur so it only takes one copy of regular fur gene "R" to have a regular coat but two copies of the plush gene "rr" to have a plush coat. So the plush babies got a copy of the plush gene from each parent. All the regular furred babies we know got one copy of regular fur but... We don't know what the second gene is. It could be either plush or regular. "RR" or "Rr" which is why I wouldn't keep one for the Giant Plush Lop project.
