The water fountain installation complete and operational! Enjoy this hot summer without having to worry about running out of water at the dog park. Thank you all who helped by donating and sharing the word.

It is a beautiful day at the dog park! Who is coming out with their pups today?

And for anyone who has not been here since last season, a new gravel pad at the entrance is in and some of the plumbing for the fountain is partially completed.

Water Fountain Update:

The fountain was received by the city but due to some issues with water lines the installation is delayed. No timeline on this, but they are hoping to get it in once they can sort out the water line issues. This is why no work has been started as of yet, but it will move forward as soon as possible. As we hear more we will share that information with you all. Thank you!

Water Fountain Update:

The fountain is on order and being shipped to the city in the next week or two. Considering that temperatures are dipping down to freezing soon the installation will occur in spring.

If we receive another update before installation in spring we will post again, otherwise expect to see the fountain installed once winter has ended. Thank you all for your support!

Success!!!!!
With donations already held by City Hall for the Dog Park, Donations by Dog Park Users and a Grant from the Edgerton Community Fund- PLUS the generous assistance of the Edgerton Rotary Club the Water Fountain goal was met. The fountain is on order and is scheduled be installed soon.
Thank you all for your help and caring about our friends and pets.

The Edgerton Dog Park recently was awarded a $500 grant from the Edgerton Community Fund to go towards the Dog Park Water Fountain project. That puts our donations at $1,500. We need to raise another $1,500 to get the Fountain purchased and installed.
$5, $10, $20 from many people will go a long way.
Donate at Edgeton City Hall or go to the Edgeton City Hall website- on the left side is a make a payment button, click on it and go to Misc/Donation and tag you donation as Dog Fund. Easy Peesy.
Please help get the Fountain into the Dog Park. To paraphrase Game of Thrones....Summer is Coming!!

Dog park members. Over the last year I have attempted to raise donations in order for the city to be able to install a water fountain at the dog park. There has been very little interest in the project so next week I will abandon my efforts and close this page down. In the future is members would like to pursue a fountain know that the City is in favor. They just need the funds raised to do it.

Dog Park users, we have had a few donations to the Water fountain for the Dog Park but not enough to get the feature put in this spring. Please consider making a donation as soon as possible so the funds will be there when the city runs water to the park. Let's get this done!!!!
