Did you know the clinic offers grooms on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and now occasional Saturdays? Nichole has been grooming for 10+ years and has been at the Edgewood Veterinary Clinic since 2022. She has done amazing work since starting at the clinic. Nichole offers full-body grooms, sanitary trims, nail trims, baths, and blowouts. Madison is a Vet Tech here at the clinic that will be doing nail trims, baths, and blowouts on occasional Saturdays. ~The Edgewood Veterinary Clinic would like to welcome Dr. Megan Johnson!!~🩺

Hello! My name is Dr. Megan Johnson. I was raised on my family's dairy farm outside of Dundee. My parents milked cows and my sibling and I milked a herd of dairy goats. I graduated from Starmont High School and then continued my education at Iowa State University. I did both my undergraduate work and vet school at ISU, graduating in 2016. After vet school, I worked as a mixed animal veterinarian at the Elkader Vet Clinic for 7 years.
I live in Elkader with my husband Scott, our two year old Clarence and our dog Wilma. In my free time I like to kayak, read, quilt, garden, go for walks and travel. I'm excited to start this new chapter in my career at the Edgewood Vet Clinic and look forward to meeting and working for all of you!
