Shelley is the absolute best girl when it comes to her meds twice a day 😭. I love this little girl and she is a completely different bun than when she first arrived. When she first arrived, she was so terrified of humans you couldn’t reach your hand into her cage without her trying to attack you in fear.

She now allows pets and enjoys it and takes her meds like the best little girl. She is one of many bunnies waiting for their forever bunnies here at Judge’s Park.

All of our bunnies are spayed/neutered, microchipped, RHDV vaccinated, and house trained.

Ginger the mouse is still nervous of people but she’s loving her giant new enclosure and running in her wheel! Mice take so long to find homes but we won’t give up :(. They are the cutest little critters that just want room to live and fun things to do!

Look at this gorgeous floofy girl!! I can’t believe sweet Mandy is still waiting for a forever home! She’s had a hard time witnessing her owners self death, but we know that she would love to find a real forever home with someone to love her the rest of her life ❤️. Her ideal home is a quiet home with no/older kids that will give her time to get used to her new life slowly. She’s so happy and comfy in her foster home and we know she’ll an adapt well to being adopted!

All of our cats and kittens are spayed/neutered, microchipped, tested for FIV/Felv, have age appropriate vaccines, are dewormed, and are on flea prevention!

Also adopted today is our sweet Tom! His new mom absolutely fell in love with him at last weeks Petsmart event and adopted him today after she spent the week getting his piggy palace ready!! Happy tails sweet boy!

Congratulations to our sweet boys Sugar and Spice who were just adopted! These sweet boys have blossomed since being here, improving their coat and becoming healthy, round little chins! They are now heading home with their new mom to Cleveland and we are so happy for them! Happy tails boys!

Good morning! It’s Thursday, which means we have another adorable adoptable from the good folks at Judge's Park.

Meet Aisling the bun bun!

**This bunny is fully vaccinated for RHDV**

**Aisling is a featured pets, so her adoption fee has been sponsored!**

Here’s more about her from the shelter:

Breed: Lionhead
Size: About 5 lbs
DOB: About 1 as of October 2024

Reason in rescue: Aisling came into the rescue from a shelter in WV. Unfortunately the shelter there doesn’t spay or neuter so we always take buns in when they are surrendered there.

Personality: Aisling definitely didn’t have a lot of positive interactions with people prior to coming to us. She’s very scared of hands coming at her and she’ll box and fake try and bite. But once you pet her and she knows you aren’t going to hurt her, she’s very sweet. She enjoys being petted and doesn’t mind being held once you get her and she seemed to actually enjoy being brushed! We definitely recommend her for adults only or older, gentle kids. She is good with her litter box.

Friends: She is a good candidate to be bonded to a neutered male.

Requirements: Must be adopted as an indoor animal, with an as large as possible plastic bottomed cage or puppy pen (minimum 4' x 2' for a single, 4 x 4 for a pair).

Adoption process: An adoption application must be filled out (http://www.judgespark.org/adoption-application.html), and approved by us. Then we will arrange a meeting time to see the animal of interest. A home visit is required prior to adoption (but can be waived if pictures or video are supplied of where the bunny will be living).

Happy tails to Mickey who, after almost 6 months of waiting, has finally been adopted! This boy is going to get all the love in his new family! Happy tails buddy!

Welcome to the rescue to these three crazy haired, 11 week old boys, who were just surrendered. They apparently were part of an oops litter. They are so stinking cute and definitely going to be on the longer hair side. We will be adopting them out as a trio, or if someone is interested in adopting one for a resident male, that would be fine (they won’t be adopted out as singles).

I should have them up and available by the end of the weekend.

Mandy is dreaming of the day when someone will fall in love with her and want to take her home! She has been waiting for almost four months :/.

Xander has settled in well to foster and is just showing how amazing he’d be in a real forever home! He loves snuggles and running around to play and he matches the decor well 😂

We had a literal ton of applications on these boys so the adopter is lucky they got theirs in first and got approved quickly! Congratulations to Locke and Jean who went home this evening! Happy tails crazy boys!

Our beautiful Skye got her second RHDV vaccine today and is now good for a year! I can’t believe this sweet girl isn’t pending yet! She’s young and outgoing and loves to run around and play!

And the best thing ever just happened!! After 6 months with us, Miss Penny, who was picked up with two of her previous litters and was so terrified she hid under the bed from her foster mom for at least the first month, has been adopted!!

She is home with her new mom, who adopted from us previously and lost her sweet boy last month ❤️. Penny is already doing so well and loved on her mom already at the fosters house instead of hiding. We are so proud of her! Happy tails sweet girl!

More time wasters today and I just got yelled at because we require anyone who wants to do a meet and greet with their bunnies to have an RHDV vaccine for the health and safety of our bunnies. Keep in mind this person also wanted to bring their bunny in for a meet and greet before starting the adoption approval process as well.

This is a direct quote from her reply email, “SO, I hope your buns have an easier time getting adopted by a good owner. Having an RDHV vax does not mean a bunny won’t be abused. I feel bad for your buns. No wonder they are stuck at your rescue for a long time.”

Instead of being grateful that we protect the health and safety of our resident buns and others, she attempted to make me feel bad about our policies. I’d rather have our bunnies be here for a long time and find the right home than be..dead from a horrible disease that makes them hemorrhage blood out of their orifices but whatever. I’m in the wrong.

Being nice costs nothing and su***de rates are high in the vet fields and animal rescue. Be kind.

Pictured is our boys El and Charles who have been here for over a year because no one has wanted to provide them with the right home. Do they look miserable? I don’t think so. Better here than being abused or neglected.

Jane moved out to foster last week and of course we already got some adorable pics of her from her awesome foster mom! She is the cutest little Nethie and I can’t believe she hasn’t been adopted yet!
