Hoodoo was bred to Lucian yesterday, will be again tomorrow & on Sunday. An ultrasound will be done on August 23rd to confirm pregnancy. Which would make Hoodoo due...so excited, on 9-18, 9-20 or 9-22. A possible due date on my birthday 🥰 very exciting. Here are their photos and information.
These little ones will be larger, as both parents are both taller. As well as part European.

Perlen with her Blue/Tan daughter Hoodoo (out of Smokey, a Blue/Rust) she is part European and Lila a Black/Tan (out of Goliath, a Red/Rust). Perlen with Steven, who she hasn't seen in 6 years...she remembers the boy as if no time has passed.
Svarog is a handsome son of Lila and Kapone's.

Dictator is in the majority of my bloodlines.

TBT: In the closing days of 1941 Peggy Adamson, the young wife of a U.S. Marine Captain, ordered a new Doberman as a companion to her Doberman bitch Granda. A Christmas present, the puppy arrived a few weeks after Pearl Harbor Day and had nearly as explosive an effect on the Adamson household. He would be named Dictator von Glenhugel.

‘Tator was only shown 18 times, retiring after Peggy piloted him to Group 1 at Westminster in 1945. Peggy said that although Dictator enjoyed the show ring, she herself was nervous and uncomfortable. Nevertheless, the dog became the most famous Doberman of the 40’s. He was undefeated in Breed, and won 5 Bests in Show. Just as Ch. Ranch Dobe’s Storm would do in the 1950’s, Peggy would later write, Dictator “captured the imagination of the press, the adulation of the public and the admiration and respect of those in other breeds, including the judges.” This was so, but even though Dictator was a dog who at his best could probably hold his own in the breed ring today, Peggy’s unerring grasp of public relations, her attractiveness and her great intelligence were equally responsible for his popularity.

Dictator ‘worked’ for Dogs for Defense, epitomizing the perfect war dog recruit. It made the newspapers. He was hospitalized for a minor illness. His progeny were sent around the world. It made the newspapers. He won Best In Show. It made the newspaper. Peggy’s files hold many clippings extolling ‘Tator’s virtues. Always amiable, handsome and docile, Dictator changed the American public’s concept of Dobermans forever.

Happy Easter from my family to yours. We are all anxiously awaiting grandbaby #2 waiting to arrive this summer. Mom was recently diagnosed with Single umbilical artery (SUA) and will be seeing a high risk pregnancy OB.
My head is a little out of 'puppy picture' mode right now. I will be posting the puppies current photos within the next couple of days. Thank you for understanding and I hope everyone had a good Easter weekend.

I am a day late getting the kiddo's 4 week photos up. Today was their first bath's and I only had to say "don't drink the bathwater or you'll p**p bubbles" about a million times. They did fantastic, took everything in stride like little champions! Today was also their first attempts at stacking, some did better than others and that's ok. With time they too will get better and I'm here to help them succeed. Here are their 4 week old photos...

Svarog had a date with Precious today. Precious is a beautiful Red/Rust out of Jack(son) & Jill(Ian), your furry kids Philip 🥰 Precious is a sister to Polevik ❤️.

I'll try again...here are the furry kiddo's 2 week old photos. They are growing and gaining so much that they have moved up to fit their collars. It is much easier to see who is who in group photos now. Their eyes have opened so that now makes them little explorer's, squirmy monkey's to take photos of and given a "Good Morning" greeting every day.

Lila was nursing the kiddo's and Lucian (dad) was softly snoring in the background. No matter how quietly I snuck to get him doing so on video...he stopped.
So instead enjoy the milk induced napping of the kiddo's.
Their eyes are starting to open. In no time at all, they will be exploring all over.

Happy to announce the coming arrival of the newest member to the family will be Selena. She is a Black/Rust, DNA Clear, Half American-Half European female. Selna is a half sister to Lucian, they have the same Dam (Raven, a Melanistic Black) but her Sire is Duke. Duke is a handsome Fawn/Rust.

Future plans are for a date between Selena and Svarog...for what will surely be some outstanding kiddo's! Thank you Roxanne Lee Spencer for this opportunity ❤️

Lila and #14 kiddo's are resting...so proud of them all ❤️ Taking turns rotating out 7 each time for feedings throughout the day. Having family snuggle time is important to Lila. I swear she counts them each time to make sure they are all there. Such a fantastic momma!!!
