The DGS crew!! It's rare all 3 of us are in the yard on the same day at the same time, but this morning it happened, so there's no better time to capture and send out some holiday cheer.

Trina, Emma, and I (Jen), along with our families, wish all our Dog Gone Smart clients, customers, followers, and friends the most joyous and love filled holiday season.

This is Lou. She is one of the Wednesday Play Care Goldens. Their are 4 sometimes 5 Goldens on Wednesdays. She absolutely goes bananas for play care and if she is not actively swimming she's screaming at us to throw a tow in the pool so she can go flying in to get it. For all the high energy borderline spaz she is, this right here is the sweetest.

For morning pick ups you can imagine the energy gets pretty high by the time we're pulling into the yard. If Lou gets the back row (which she used to be in) she goes bonkers for most of the ride. Then I tried her right behind me and now she is either looking out the window over my shoulder or keeping my neck warm. She is truly a sweet girl. Especially when she chill enough to snuggle. 🤣🤣

To post or to not post. Sometimes, these shares set off an unwelcome trend, and we've been in a doggy loss dry spell for a while, which we are grateful for.

This one stings. We were notified OD(original dog) Kiva girl passed away in November. I knew Kiva nearly her entire life. I trained her as a puppy, and was happy to see her in play care back in 2017 when I took it over. She was the sweetest girl ever. She enjoyed swimming, chasing the ball and long hikes with her human parents. She was a part of Thursday play care until just a few months ago when her old bones just needed more rest. We'll miss you Kiva girl. Say hi to Maya and all rest of the fur babies we miss.

Pups are getting 2 for 1 chauffeuring this week as we really haven't left each other's side since the accident. just doesn't cover it.

Dog Gone Smart family, friends and followers. Please say a prayer for my husband, and his fellow firefighter brothers to all make a 100% full recovery in body, mind and spirit.

All 3 men will have a long road of recovery from this horrific accident.

Greg and I witnessed the power of prayer firsthand in those first 24 hours when things were looking so very grim. It works!!! So please don't stop.

All of the love and support has been mind-blowing. Figured this post from SDFD highlighting our amazing therapy canines was the perfect share for you all to learn about this incident if you didn't already know.

Catching up here on introductions. Dog Gone Smart would like to welcome sweet Honey here to Thursday play care. She and her senior brother Milo boarded with us a few weeks back. After that stay Honey got added to play care where she has thoroughly enjoyed romping around with the pack on Thursday.

Dog Gone Smart would like to welcome 20 months old Black Lab Smokey. This big boy set the record for the fastest newbie into the pool. He literally went straight from the van into the pool as if he owned the place and had been coming to play care for years. The only dry pictures we'll be getting of this boy will be in the van.🤣🤣

Smokey made a seamless transition into the pack in seconds. We love you already, Smokey!

Dog Gone Smart would like to welcome 8 month old and all 70lbs of chunkamunk English Bulldog Sir Wi******er (aka SirWin) to Thursday play care. He is so adorable but not quite water safe yet. My days of ocean lifeguards are long past, but my days of lifesaving are clearing not. 5 minutes into play care SirWin decided to do a flying lindy into the pool. Being not close enough to the edge to grab, and me freshly out of the shower did a full clothed flying lindy into the pool after him. 🤣🤣 It was quite the scene. He clearly now understands the pool edge. I am reshowered and dry and he has carried on with his fun day of pack play. All in a day at Dog Gone Smart...and hence why the dogs are never left unattended.
