With cold weather and winter coming our way, we are working in the rescue daily to prepare. From sealing doors and windows, to checking furnaces and heaters, to creating indoor out of cage play space. We sure are busy!!! Please keep in mind there are lots of costs added in the winter. Keep us in mind when cleaning out older items from your home, shopping, or browsing online. The rescue will make use of anything and everything donated. Donations can always be left by the front door on the table, or make an appointment with us to come in and visit! We appreciate each and everyone of you! Sending Love C&M ❤️

10/20/24- out cleaning cages, organizing, and seeing to appointments. First appointment of the day brought in 2 Tarantulas , a Scorpion, and a Monitor. Now to get everyone settled in and get back to cleaning. 😍 If you want to come say hi just send us a message so we can schedule you in.

Update-I forgot to say friendly and social rats.❤️

Busy day! 7.5 hours with the babies. Over 30 new cuties(23 rats😎). Cleaned cages and areas, built cages and saw to appointments. Life’s been busy but we are here. Here’s a few pics before bed time.

After our intake process. We separated the boys out of this litter, got everyone into our cages, and let them settle in with big pile of hay. 6 in and 3 out. Some days are longer than others.
