We will be at this event on Saturday! Fast CAT fun runs will be available. If you’ve ever thought about trying the sport out this is a great chance to give it a go!

We are only a few days away from a weekend of fun! There is still room for day of show entries for both fast cat and barnhunt. Fast cat will also have fun runs available. Fun runs are $10 each ($11 by card). For barnhunt DOS entries please reach out to the trial secretary. Fast cat DOS may be completed online or in person. For fast cat fun runs and the fit dog walk please visit the fast cat check in table. Premiums for both fast cat and barnhunt can be found below.

Next up for my latest educational series is AKC S.T.A.R. Puppy. S.T.A.R. Puppy is part of AKC’s Family Dog Program (https://www.akc.org/sports/akc-family-dog-program/) and gives you a great way to start working towards those CGC titles we discussed last week! This program was initially started as a certificate only, but as of January 15, 2025 it is now an official title and those that received their S.T.A.R. Puppy certificate can grandfather in to the title without a retest.
