Eldora Animal Impound Facility The city of Eldora uses Eldora Veterinary Care as its impound facility for lost pets. This is the page for the Eldora, IA animal impound facility.

As stray pets are turned in, pictures and information will be posted here and we will try to keep their status updated. If you need to report a stray animal found in Eldora, please call the Eldora Police Department at 641-939-3333. The pound is NOT able to accept animals from outside of Eldora City Limits. We are also not able to accept animals that are brought directly to the clinic - the police

need to be involved with the impound process. If you have lost a pet, please call the police and the vet clinic (641-939-7557) so that we can keep an eye out and notify you ASAP if we find them. It is also smart to call neighboring veterinary clinics and shelters.
