Hey Guys just a few things I wanted to address. I have posted in the past that I don’t check messages or respond outside of business hours. If you have an appointment and for any reason I have to reschedule on my end, I will ALWAYS reach out to you before your appointment. With that being said if your appointment is scheduled in advance and you haven’t heard anything then YES your appointment is still “on”. Also please do not Swap out your appointment with a friend. I schedule dogs Accordingly, by breed, and dog behaviors. Some take longer than others and so I have them scheduled to accommodate their needs. If you swap out with friends and family members their dog’s needs may not match up to what I have scheduled time wise. If you don’t have an appointment scheduled please do not stop by the shop unannounced, some dogs have nervous behavior that could intensify due to unexpected visitors coming in during their appointment. I’m sorry to have to make this post but I have had too many issues here lately.
