Extremely proud of the Wash*ta County Meat Judging Team. We have enjoyed working with these students throughout the semester.
Today they excelled at the State competition. One of our teams placed 2nd overall and another placed 4th. Waverly Schneberger - 2nd High Individual, HB Wright - 3rd High Individual and Denton Cook - 5th High Individual. They have all worked hard and it’s wonderful to see them succeed. Keep up the good work, we are already looking forward to next year! ♥️🍀🥩

Congratulations, Keith!
Keith competed at the Oklahoma Texas Meat Processors Association Convention over the weekend.
He won Reserve Champion Large Diameter Luncheon Meat (German Bologna), Reserve Champion Smoked Sausage (Smoked Ring Bologna), and Reserve Champion Smoked Hot Links.

Proud is an understatement. Our young Wash*ta County Meat Judging Team went to state at Oklahoma State University and truly excelled.
Our teams placed 3rd, 8th & 9th. We had 1 top 10 individual and 5 individuals in the top 20. These kids have spent countless hours in the cooler learning how to place as well as Retail ID {beef, pork and lamb}. We have a bright future in our Wash*ta County Meat Judging Team. ♥️🍀🥩

Throwback of Keith in 2005, receiving an Animal Science award from Oklahoma State Univeristy. Keith was apart of the Meats Judging Team at Oklahoma State University in 2005 and went on to graduate with a Bachelor Degree in Animal Science in 2006.

Keith has been involved in the Meat Industry for almost 20 years. He has owned and operated his Butcher Shop for almost 15 years.

He and his staff take great pride in Keith’s Butcher Shop and are able to offer the best Custom Processing experience.
