⭐️ ONLINE BOOKING ⭐️ Here is a quick video on how our online booking works. We have had a few clients think they have booked an appointment online, but not finished the booking process, so we never get the request. Make sure you sign the agreement & click SUBMIT at the bottom of the personal info page! You will receive a text that your appointment was submitted and awaiting approval. Then you will receive a text once we approve your appointment with the date and time! If you do not receive a text that says we approved your appointment then your dog is not on our schedule. You will always receive a confirmation text that your appointment is booked, as well as a reminder text the week before and the day of. If you do not receive any of those messages, please reach out to us, because that means we do not have your pet on our books!

This is especially true in the grooming environment! Make sure if your pup is in the parking lot or lobby you’re keeping them close to you! Not all dogs are friendly, and most are already over-stimulated coming or leaving a grooming salon. Keep everyone safe and comfortable and save meet and greets for a safe, fenced in area with dogs you know to be dog neutral!🥰

This is an amazing video for those of you confused when your dog needs shaved. Brushing is important, but combing all the way down to the skin is even more important! We cannot fix 6+ weeks of not properly combing in a 2-4 hour appointment slot.
