Good Tuesday morning. Today, Madisyn and Henry are celebrating the holidays with a large Barkuterie board their buddy's. This is the perfect time to introduce my buddy's re-cycle program. With each Barkuterie board purchase, a reusable Acacia cutting board is included. Effective today, when you want to celebrate your buddy with one of these boards, drop off your existing board 24–48 hours before pick up for a savings of $7 on the medium or $8 on the large. And so the countdown begins. Seven more shopping days until the barkery closes for the holiday. Effective tomorrow, December 17 through Monday, December 23, shop hours are an hour earlier than usual. Good Monday morning. It was a pleasant surprise to wake up this morning with the snow coming down. With more snow in the forecast this week, don't forget to protect your buddy with a Hip Doggie jacket (and other brands) and/or Zack & Zoey neoprene winter boots. Our supermodel is Teneal's recent rescue Honey. She looks beautiful in her Alpine jacket. Shop early for best selection. See you at the barkery😀

Good Sunday morning. Some new items in the shop this week that I wanted to highlight. As I continue to build relationships with my vendors, they reach out to me when they have promotions happening. The main brand of winter jackets I carry, Hip Doggie, reached out to me with a special on three colors of their puffer jackets - orange camo, olive green and red. Also to keep your buddy warm, light gray mohair sweaters, embellished with crystal flowers and Ivory Ella pj's. I love this brand of PJs because they give up to 50% of their proceeds to saving elephants and other charitable causes. Because I get them at a great price, I sell them at a great price, often times up to 40% below, suggested retail. All of these clothing items come in XS-XL, limited supply. Sometimes all you need to do is ask. Earlier in the week I sent out a post regarding donations of treats to and .ellensburg and then reposted today. My amazing community has shown up! Today alone, 12 barkers dozens boxes were purchased to donate to these two organizations😀 A very special thank you to Mike and Kristina from the ellensburg for purchasing 10 of the 12 boxes❤️ In addition to the treats, they are donating the $100 in buddy bucks to the two rescues, split equally. So next time you see them or are in the shop, be sure to thank them for their donation. I'm baking nonstop and want to make as many boxes as possible between now and the end of the year. If you can, please purchase one for the rescues next time you're in. I know they both truly appreciate it. Happy holidays🎄

On the second day of Christmas, my true love gave to me KOVU!! ❄️☃️🌨️🎄

Kovu is available for adoption now, and guaranteed to add so much Christmas joy and cheer to your life everyday! He loves to play, snuggle, and relax with his people. He is truly such a joy to be around! He does great with all other animals and is house-trained. This playful, sweet, loving, and affectionate boy is ready for his furever home. 🐾

Mark your Calendars! Friday, December 20th we are having an open house from 1:30 PM to 7 PM. Let’s get these animals homes for the holidays. There will be 25% adoption fees with a donation to our Pet Pantry along with Hot Chocolate and Cookies! Come walks through our kennels and see all of our amazing animals.

Good Tuesday afternoon. It is the season of giving and I know this great community of Ellensburg is willing to give to these very deserving organizations! Today through December 31, you can purchase a barkers dozen box of treats to donate to and/or .ellensburg And since you will be giving, I will be giving as well😀 You earn $10 in buddy bucks for every dozen donated, no limit. If I could, I would adopt every single one of these animals, but even though they may not have a forever home this Christmas, you can help them receive a special treat❤️ So please, open your heart and open your wallet and let's get SOOO many boxes to these rescues before the end of the year! Hello community. I want to thank everyone who came into the shop to visit Santa yesterday. I was alerted a dog, recently diagnosed with kennel cough came into the shop yesterday and it is my obligation to share this with you. I learned this information about 30 minutes ago and wanted to make sure I shared immediately. As you know, every treat that I create for your buddy is made with the highest quality ingredients and for your pups well-being. And I want your buddy to be safe every time they come into the barkery. Please know that the shop was cleaned yesterday after closing, but will receive an additional deep cleaning with antibiotic wipes this morning. Your buddy's health is priority one at the barkery!
