🎁 On the 2nd Day of Catmas, Our True Love Gave to Us...8 Kittens Ready for Vetting and Cuddles! 🩺💖

Tomorrow is a BIG day for these 8 precious darlings! They are a part of the 20 cat(possibly more) TNR project- the Furby gang! They are nervously (but we are excitedly!) waiting for their spay/neuter Wednesday appointment!🥳 Ok yes, it's not the most thrilling day out for them😆, but just think: these beauties will never be burdened with excess parenthood! They are officially getting their tickets to a long, healthy, and happy life!

Just look at those GORGEOUS faces! You could make their tomorrow even better by giving the gift of a loving home before Christmas! Imagine the joy they’ll bring to your holidays!💝

🦃❤️​Happy Thanksgiving from the Furry Purrs crew!🦃❤️

Santa came early… and he brought Churus! 🎅And yes, we're the Christmas tree before Thanksgiving kind of crew!😆🎄

We are feeling extra grateful today thanks to a surprise visit from our furry & purry graduate, Twitch. She clearly knows the good life, because she "instructed" her wonderful new mom and dad to drop off this mountain of early Christmas gifts for the gang! Check out the loot—Fancy Feast, toys, scratchers, and Churus...oh my!🎄

​From cozy beds to tasty treats, Twitch is making sure her old friends are spoiled rotten while they wait for their forever homes. And don't worry—Santa gave us strict permission to let the kitties open their gifts early! 😅🎅

💙Salutations from little Blueberry!💙

This sweet 7-week-old doll has already had quite an adventurous life! She was found by a kind trucker right in the middle of the road. We aren't certain if she was abandoned or if she was a terrified stowaway under a car hood.💔

Please REMEMBER to always check under your car hood or give a loud KNOCK before starting your vehicle, especially during these cooler months! Cats, and particularly small kittens like Blueberry, can easily seek warmth in dangerous places and end up on a fearful journey.

Luckily, little Blueberry is unharmed from her travels, but she did arrive with a light kitty cold, was underweight due to parasites, and had flea and ear mite infestations.🥺

Not to worry, paging Dr. Pippy!🐶🩺 He’s our resident dog-manny who specializes in kitten care.💜 Pip says she’ll be right as rain within a week after some much needed meds & professional cuddles at doggy day-care. Yes, doggy day-care...Dr. Pippy knows best!😆

Despite her perilous beginning, little Blueberry is a heart full of purrs and snuggles. She only wants to be held close. Who can refuse that?! Plus, she's a pro-biscuit maker. She’ll even perch on your shoulder as you work.😅 The truest of companions!

She doesn't want a lot for Christmas...there is just one thing she needs: YOU!💝 Give her a home and a twinkling tree to climb for the holidays!🎄

🎄❤️Furby, the Elf on the Shelf cutie, and his very BIG family need homes and vetting!🎄❤️

We're helping caregivers with a TNR case that has roughly 18 unfixed cats on their Ellijay property. An elderly woman passed away and her cats multiplied, spilling over into the caregivers’ property. They want to stop the never-ending cycle of finding abandoned newborns and sick kittens & the constant responsibility of safely rehoming.😞

Furby and the tame small kittens & adults need a warm, cozy inside home to call their own. But FIRST we have to spay/neuter!💖🐾

Some of the adult & teen cats are too feral to tame, so they will be humanely TNR'd (Trap, Neuter, Released) to avoid future litters. The caregivers have many outdoor cat-houses properly placed around the area and feed the cats daily. They are ok if some of the feral cats remain on the property after spay/neuter, but some may have to be safely relocated due to neighbor complaints. We’ll know better once TNR completed. Hoping then the neighbors will not be bothered since NO NEW litters! It’s typically BEST & safest to release TNR cats back in the area they know.😉

We could greatly use:
🔹️SHARES!!!
🔹️Loving inside homes for the tame kittens.
We’ll post more pics of each cat once
trapped & fixed.

🔹️FUNDS for spay/neuter. It will cost $50 per
cat, includes rabies vaccine!

We’ll provide dewormer, flea meds, antibiotics as needed, & other vaccines for the kittens. We plan to TNR 4-5 per week before the weather becomes too harsh, and definitely before those spring time…ahem…urges bloom.☺️

Look who’s trying out their spooky night vision for the camera👀👻—it's Charla & Dotson!🐈‍⬛ These two black, semi-feral cuties recently found their forever farm home, and look how quickly they're acclimating in their temporary safe haven crates before full release.💜

Their wonderful new owners sent this fun update:
"We left the house about an hour ago for a bit,
and I just checked the camera I put on them,
and they’re both just chilling outside their
little kennels.😉"

How lucky Charla & Dotson are to have such amazing guardians! They’re taking the time to ensure even the "wildest" of creatures feel purrfectly content and safe before getting full farm romping privileges! They'll have goats, dogs, and chickens for company soon enough! O-L-D M-a-c-D-o-n-a-l-d had a farm... E-I-E-I-MEOOOWW! 😆

What a furtastic update to wrap up Black Cat and All Cat Appreciation Week! We hope many more black cats were appreciated last week just like Charla & Dotson. Every cat deserves a safe place to call home! 🐈‍⬛❤️
