I'm starting a new week with a new cutie pie! His name is Otis and he is a Pug-Beagle mix & 17 yrs old. My first geriatric dog. He doesn't walk & he has special needs to p*e & p**p. He's so sweet!!

Starting the week off with my buddy Scooter!! Such a great boy to be around. Playful & snuggly. Mom & Dad can relax & enjoy their holiday away with no worries about their fur-baby. Auntie Kathy will take good care of their care of their little guy. ❤️

This week I'm caring for Winston ( Boston Terrier) and Pacino (Pug). Winston is full of energy & Pacino is not. Pacino is 12 yrs old and Winston tries very hard to get Pacino to play but Pacino just gives him "the look" as if to say, "Listen up kid, my jumping around, acting all 'let's play, let's play' days are over."

Wow!!! 2024 is off to great start! Auntie Kathy's Pet Sitting Services (AKPS) calendar is filling up fast!! Pet-parents are planning for graduations, weddings, vacations, weekend-get-a-ways, etc. Thank you to those who are contacting me weeks in advance to Save The Date. I would also like to thank my pet-parents who have referred me to to their friends & family. I truly appreciate your confidence & trust in AKPS. With that expressed, I'm looking forward to spending time with my old & new little pet pals in 2024! 🥰🐾

2024 has begun with Houston, Bailey, Nina & I bringing in the new year. We'll be getting to know one another whilst their pet family enjoy warmer weather for a week.

This Christmas week I'll be enjoying Winston's company once again. His doggie-mommy is visiting her human family for Christmas. Winston is keeping an eye out for Elf! There will be no elfy tricks on his watch!! 😄🌲

Have You Tried Offering Cranberries to Your Pet? 🐶

When looking for cranberries for your pet, look for ripe berries that are slightly opaque with a bright color. They should also give slightly when squeezed. You can offer them fresh, dried (no sugar added), unsweetened freeze-dried or frozen to your pet .

Some pets won’t try them because of their tart taste, so pureeing a few with your pet’s favorite meat and using on a lick mat or as a topper is a good way to sneak these little gems into your pet’s diet.
