German Shepherds of Kansas Our goal in breeding European German Shepherds is to provide a quality dog with impeccable genetics. We have always loved the German Shepherd breed.

Located on a lovely 40-acre farm with a natural running spring, just 3 miles outside of Emporia, Kansas. We are 50 miles from Topeka, 80 miles from Wichita and 100 miles from Kansas City area. Our German Shepherds love to run on our acreage and enjoy plenty of good exercise. My husband and I have been raised around German Shepherds our whole life. We like the idea of them being a versatile dog, on

e that can do any job when called upon. Our goal in breeding European German Shepherds is to keep the German Shepherd breed dominant to all other breeds. We want to provide a quality dog with impeccable genetics, for discriminating buyers that know what they want in a German Shepherd. This can't be done with the "backyard breeder" attitude of just producing dogs to sell. Von der Torrens' Haus strives for quality; not quantity.
