Now that we have a few weeks under our belts I’m ready to announce how excited we are to partner with Respectful Partners.

For the past couple of months, staff has been coming out and helping us decobweb our rafters in preparation for clients to come in!

For years I’d been looking for new ways to serve our community.

Finally, I found it!

I’ve always believed in the power of the horse, and have always believed that EVERYONE can do more than even what they believe they can.

For the past 3 weeks I’ve been blessed to meet clients and staff. Clients with physical and mental disabilities and let me tell you, I’ve laughed every single day they’ve been here. Each one with their own way of communicating, each one with their own snack obsessions 🤭.

I cannot wait to see what the future holds with us and this group. But what I’m most excited about is what they are starting to teach me about myself.

Don’t forget to book your summer hours to beat the heat! Or work! As always, we will start lessons as early as 6 am! (Yes I have people do this 🤣)

As a reminder we try to get most of our riders in before noon as the summer heat isn’t good for your kiddos, or the horses. We will have a few 6 pm slots for those that work and can’t get here earlier.

We do have some spaces open for new riders with the longer days! Message for details! We’d love to have you and/or your kiddos join our fun!

It truly takes a village. Huge thank you to our friends at SCL for volunteering their time to help spruce the barn up while we wait on clients to get permission to join in the fun. Enid is beyond amazing at taking care of their own.

On another note this is why our horses are so quiet and relaxed. Nobody is freaking out with all the noise and commotion. Couldn’t be more grateful for the help of this team and the amazing horses I’ve filled the his barn with!
