Sweet Gus Gus (known now as Doug) is on his way to his new home. They just adore him and he is already getting all the snuggles! He is staying close in St. George 🥰 He has two puppy brothers he gets to play with and the best little human to love. Go live your best life Doug!!

Sweet, beautiful (Lory) aka Willow now, is headed home to Colorado. This lady will be surrounded by love and spoiled nonstop 🥰 She will even have a border collie sister to look over her ❤️ I have no doubt she will live her best life ever 🥲 Enjoy your new forever home sweet girl!!! (Willow already looks at her with those eyes 😍)

This sweet, handsome little man is available again! He is 9 weeks. Dewclaws done, 1st set of shots done, vet checked. Both parents health tested and PRA clear. He is a chocolate based red dapple, AKC, long hair mini. He has greenish eyes and a personality to die for! He holds a special place in my heart and he deserves a home that can give him lots of love and attention 😍 Located in Cedar City Utah

Sweet, handsome Newt went home to his new family today. The kids had the surprise of this perfect angel under the tree. ♡ He is going to have fun non-stop being loved by this cute family. He has a large piece of property, an awesome family and stayed fairly close by in Hurricane Utah. 😍

Sweet, beautiful Clara is on her way home to Sandy, UT! She will have a loving home with a Italian greyhound and a Belgian Malonis and a Yellow Lab to keep her busy. They are so excited for her and I am so excited to see her blossom with this cute family.
Her future name is undecided at the time 😉

Good things to know about dachshunds!

They are loyal ♡ They have a goofy, lovable personality 😉 They have a lot of personality. They will be sad, happy, loving and dramatic 😂 They will be protective of their family members and sometimes one particular member of the family. Socializing is extremely important! They are very social and can be unhappy when bored and alone.

They are energetic and love to play, run and dig. Dog's paws have scent glands and they love to dig/run them on things. They were actually bred to dig (badger dog).

They are smart and curious. They can be difficult to train but it can be done with time and patience. Try to find a favorite toy or treat to reward them. (PATIENCE IS KEY) They can have separation anxiety and that can result in accidents.

Long life! Average life span is 14-16 years or longer. Feed them healthy food, research treats and let them burn off that energy 💕

Dachshunds bark and a lot. They are loud, proud and like to be heard 🔊 They warn you, yell at you, whine at you and tell you stories.

Most harnesses and jackets you find in a pet store won't fit your weiner. Do measuring and try on all the fun things.

Research IVDD and PRA in dachshunds. If bred correctly it significantly reduces the risk. Avoid high jumps. Buy little stairs for the couch and bed. Learn how to properly hold and support your little wiener 🤗

They can over eat and become chubby. Research proper amounts of food and healthy treats to avoid making a sausage dog 🌭

LOOK before you sit and step. They will be near you, under you and appear out of no where. They are hard to see sometimes and you want to avoid injury. 👣

They love to burrow under blankets. They love to snuggle and be close. They enjoy big fluffy beds. Blankets on the couch will be a highlight of their day.

Dachshunds are addicting. You will want to collect them all. The more you have the harder it is to control the craziness 🤣

Be prepared to buy lots of underwear, charging cords and there will be toy fluff everywhere. 🧸 You will hear every weiner joke out there 😂

Dachshunds will steal your heart and show you a whole other side to love ❤️ be prepared to wrap them around your finger. Your favorite part of your day will be staring in their perfectly loving eyes!! ❤️

Meet Trigger ♡ Our handsome little man that adores McKell! He loves getting into trouble with Miss Benelli. His tail goes 100 mph when happy and belly rubs are his favorite. He is such a sweet boy. He tosses the blankets until they are just right to cuddle in. ❤️

Meet Benelli!! She has the biggest and most lovable heart. She can bark louder then them all 😂 She prefers to be on you whenever possible. She cuddles right under your arm and expects a tuck in nightly. She has the most beautiful face, long eye lashes, and the softest fur you ever felt. She enjoys playing with her fur brother and sisters. ♡♡♡

Benelli is PRA clear, long haired cream with hidden brindle points, carries piebald, and carries roaning.
