Noelle's Foster Kittens We are a foster home based 501c3, nonprofit kitten rescue located in ERIE, PA. We vet and socialize them and find them forever homes! We are located in Erie, PA.

We are solely focused on Orphaned kittens under 3 months old and stray mama cats with young kittens. Noelle Blanchard - President and Founder. Noelles Foster Kittens is dedicated to alleviating the suffering of stray kittens (Under 8 weeks old) and pregnant cats. Our rescue is home to many kittens and pregnant cats while they await their new adoptive homes. We place kittens and cats in loving, res

ponsible, committed permanent homes, following a comprehensive adoption process which includes taking considerable care in finding good matches and educating prospective adopters about the responsibilities and costs of bringing a kitten or cat into their homes and lives.

I feel this Rescues frustration. We have had some of the MOST social kittens posted for adoption that were overlooked for weeks and weeks. But then I posted a new Long haired Ragdoll mix kitten that came in and also stated to please not message about her because we just got her. People blew up our messages and we received 20 applications for her in a few days. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE dont just adopt based on color or fur length. There are so many kittens out there that are wonderful, playful, and super loving! ❤️

‼️Another Emergency Intake! This heartbreaking photo of this tiny, underweight kitten trying to get some food broke me. She is super thin, has an upper respiratory infection, goopy eyes and needed help immediately. We gave her a bath, some food and she is sleeping in the incubator.

Her neck wound looks amazing! Its dried out and no longer oozing. She doesn't even notice it anymore.
She has come such a LONG way in a short few days! 🩷
