Couldn't let the day end without wishing this handsome fella, Luke, a very Happy 15th Birthday! The day started out with Roxy helping to make her brother some special horsey treats. Then, it was out to the paddock to watch him enjoy them, followed by Lady doing yoga poses, Shadow demanding butt scratches, and Dusty being obnoxious as usual. It literally went downhill after that with ALL of the other horsepower that arrived at the house today! 🛻🚛🤦‍♀️

Well, Dusty most certainly does not consider this the most wonderful time of the year🥶 He has also decided since he destroyed his blanket on the first night that everyone else must join him on his blanket strike. Every single morning a new blanket is ripped or destroyed🤦🏼‍♀️ Wish us luck this winter!

Did you know horses see a dentist just about every year?

Horses have specialized teeth adapted to continuous grazing. Unlike human teeth, horse teeth erupt throughout their life and can become imbalanced if they are not worn down evenly. Floating refers to the routine maintenance procedure that equine dentists perform to remove sharp enamel points and edges on your horse’s teeth with a rasp or motorized float.
