*Our 10 spots are filled - if you want a waitlist spot please stop in...if we have additional spots open up the week of transport, we will call waitlisted cats*

*ATTENTION*

We are extremely fortunate this month to have a spay/neuter transport scheduled with All About Animals for our shelter residents. We will be opening up a VERY LIMITED number of transport spots to the public for owned cats.

REQUIREMENTS:

🐾 Must be a Bay County resident.

🐾 Cats must be owned and friendly/able to be handled. These spots are not for stray/community/TNR cats. Must be a minimum of 8 weeks old and 2+ pounds. We will fill our available openings, and then start a waitlist in case of any cancelations.

🐾 Must be prepaid through our office no later than March 17th. Cost is non-refundable and is $55 for spay or neuter plus a rabies vaccine ($40 if proof of a current rabies vaccine can be provided).

🐾 Cats will have to be dropped off to the shelter on March 19th by 4pm. They will return from surgery on March 21st, and can typically be picked up after noon. Cats who are not picked up by their owners on the 21st will be subject to a standard boarding charge of $14/night.

🐾 Please note that if a cat presents at All About Animals with additional concerns (parasites, hernias, crypt, injuries, etc) that there may be an additional charge for treatment at pickup.

Please stop in to our office to reserve spots. We will need proof of residency (drivers license or current utility bill) at the time of reservation and payment.

🚨 Spaying and neutering your pets is vital to their health + well-being!

🐾 Reduce risk of cancer
🐾 Reduce unwanted behavioral traits
🐾 Reduce homeless pet population

IT’S NOT TOO LATE! Your pet does NOT have to be a puppy or kitten to be spayed/neutered and reduce these risks. 🙀 With a healthy exam and bloodwork results, you can avoid unfortunate situations we see everyday—emergency pyometra surgery in unspayed females or prostatitis in our unneutered males. 😢 These conditions are PAINFUL for your pet, painfully EXPENSIVE for your wallet, and are PREVENTABLE! Call us for a quote to have your cat, dog, or rabbit spayed/neutered. 🐾

🎥 Check out Tiffany, LVT our Education Director on the Animal Answers segment on ABC12 News this past Thursday, talking spay + neuter. 👏

River NEEDS a treat to get on the scale—and we surrender! 😂🦴 She says, “At 125 pounds, what’s one more ounce?! 👅”.

‼️ Your pet’s weight is so important to their overall health. Unwanted weight-loss can signal health concerns and we can take action! If your pet is overweight, this can worsen conditions such as arthritis.

Bring your fur baby to see us and hop on the scale once a month, so we can make sure they’re right where they should be! 🐶🐱⚖️
