‼️Our kennel is nearing critical capacity‼️

We have seen a staggering influx of stray dogs entering the York County SPCA. We need YOUR help to support York County shelter pets!

Ways you can help:
1️⃣ SHARE, SHARE, SHARE! Please share our social media posts with your friends, family members, co-workers, and loved ones to spread the word and reach anyone who is willing to foster or adopt a dog!

2️⃣ REACH OUT TO CONNECTIONS! Reach out to any connections you have for potential rescue partners or fosters who would be interested in taking in some of our dogs. The shelter is an incredibly stressful environment, especially with almost every kennel occupied.

3️⃣ ADOPT! If you are looking to add a new canine to your family, view our available dogs updated daily on our website https://ycspca.org/adopt/available-dogs.html and visit the shelter during our public browsing hours every Tues, Wed, Thurs, & Sat from 10am - 2pm

4️⃣ FOSTER! If you are in the position to foster a dog, please fill out a foster application on our website here: https://www.shelterluv.com/matchme/foster/YORK/Dog. If you have any questions regarding our fostering process, email us at [email protected] or call us at (717) 764-6109 ext. 101. We will gladly work with you to find a dog that fits your lifestyle and residents/pets in the home. Even short-term fostering (a week, a weekend, etc.) is so impactful for the dogs in our care.
