Giving dogs a focus point and a task is far kinder than just telling them "nooo, staaaahp" all the time.

If you set healthy guidelines and expectations, they will trust you more and cooperate better. This is the way!!

The touch cue is the Swiss army knife of dog training--useful in so many situations!

Dogs are talking to us all the time! They communicate primarily with their body language, using expressions, postures, movement and physical responses (with vocalization often being a minor part of their overall message, if it’s there at all).

Now offering $25 Meet-and-Greet Consultations!

Meet the pet stylist, ask all your questions, see if we'd be a good fit! Duration is generally 15-30 minutes.

This will generally involve coming to your home, meeting you and your pet, setting up my equipment in a bathing area, and seeing how your pet feels about about me!
(If possible, it may include a minor brushout; but that depends on the individual dog.)

I can bring salmon-based training treats (generally less likely to cause allergy issues, and good for coat and skin), or use yours if you prefer.
