Show Me Goldens started in 2012 with Jolly and Axel, both imported from the Republic of Serbia. Due to their wonderful temperments and trainability, Jolly and Axel quickly worked their way into our hearts and we couldn't help but to add more Goldens! We strive to make connections with the families our puppies go to. Puppies are well socialized and loved, are exposed to grooming, car rides and many

different home and farm smells, sights and sounds. Show Me Goldens is comprised of Kelly and Jenica, good friends who love doing this Golden thing together! Please feel free to contact us or better yet, stop on by!

We like happy, sassy puppies! We’ve been introducing the puppy call already, and I’m getting some follow with just using my voice and no food. These Dreamers are 4 weeks today! Where has the time gone? Their beautiful heads are starting to take shape and I’m so excited to watch them develop.

The Dream Big litter is showing much more interest in toys. They have fun play fighting and still nap a lot. Tonight was our first barrier challenge. Byrdy was on one side of the pen as I opened it up, and the babies had to figure their way around. Most did really well! They like cruising around the living room and they love being picked up for cuddles. One of the great things about having them in the living room is that I can snag one as I walk by for some quick snuggles. We continue to work on using potty grass.

All of our babies are gaining and doing great! Momma Ocean has been so wonderful! She has been so gentle with her babies, diligent in her momma duties, and so loving.

It is so neat having four generations here! Great grandma Benelli, grandma Holly, mom Ocean and our sweet babies.

We selected Ozark for Ocean due to his biddability and pedigree. Ozark is from Kyon lines, known for their great health and longevity.

While our girls are all spoken for, we do have boys available. Based on parents, I expect puppies from this litter to be on the lower side of the breed standard in weight, with a sweet temperament, perfect for pet therapy and family pets.

We had a great time in Topeka at the Capital City Cluster.

While Ocean was keeping grandma and Tim busy, I made a quick trip to Topeka with Pierce (co-owned with Rosemary Goldens), Rory and Echo.

No points earned, but we brought home a first, second and third and had a great time.

Ocean gave us 9 precious babies. Three girls and six boys. Sadly one of the boys had some severe health issues that were not humanely sustainable.

Puppies sleep a lot, and this sleep is important for their healthy growth and development. Puppies may exhibit a variety of behaviors during sleep that indicate different stages of sleep, including:

Activated sleep
Newborn puppies sleep for about 90% of the day, and during this time they are in activated sleep. This sleep helps strengthen their muscles and develop physical coordination, which allows them to stand. You might notice them twitching, jerking, or popping in their sleep, which can look like puppy popcorn.

A few additions for our #HigginsByrdyDreamBig litter! Since they are up on their feet, we have added potty grass; the first step in potty training. Yes, they are only a few weeks old, but they will naturally try to keep their sleeping area clean, so we start early. Isn’t that cool that it’s innate?

Thank you, Palen Music Center, for allowing the #flynnhollywildflowers to visit your office! We had so much fun! This visit was our last of four socialization events! I am so very proud of these puppies. We had zero potty accidents today, as everyone did their business in the grass before heading inside to meet all the smiling faces. #flynnbabies
