Itty Bitty says good morning everyone! He is doing good and recovering from his neuter. And this is how we are going to end our day. After 3 sick kittens being brought in within 24hr and we were already full to begin with. Does anyone remember Calvin. Calvin was adopted back in 2020. We are picking him up tomorrow he is being returned or was going to be thrown outside. And a little bottle baby was brought in weighing in at 3.5oz after a lady was referred to us by the local shelter.

Update: So it looks like we have one male grey and one female black kitten. Both about 2lbs. And will be ready for homes...

Update: So it looks like we have one male grey and one female black kitten. Both about 2lbs. And will be ready for homes once they are healthy and fixed. Grey boy is favoring his back leg right now. So we are going to see what is going on with that. Both have been started on eye drops, antibiotics, and flea treated.

Thank you all for the donations yesterday for Allie. She is eating more and is improving. We got her dewormed last night and have started helping her with fluids as she is severely dehydrated. But she is feeling better. I come to you again today to please share this post. Two more kittens sick that need our help. We will be picking them up this evening.

Meet Allie she was rescued from Demotte. Funds are low, adoptions are non existent, and not many participates in fundraisers or sharing. There are so many more out there just like Allie. Our rescue runs off of donations. We need help from our community. Help us help them. She is really sick and covered in fleas and has had a rough start to life. She weighs in at 1.2lbs. She has been started on antibiotics, eye meds, has had her ears cleaned and a dawn bath. She is now eating and resting comfortably knowing she is going to be cared for. We are throwing out the good old donation button and PayPal link for those who would like to help contribute to her recovery. TIA

These siblings are celebrating their Second Birthday Today. I hope we can make their birthday wishes come true. Felicia wishes she could find a furrever home with Spot. We set out today with the intention of helping someone with kittens. It was explained we were full and only able to take one kitten at a time until more space was available. I was gonna pair one of the younger ones with a current rescue kitty that is all by her lonesome. Next thing I know I'm being handed a carrier with all 5 kittens in it. Lady claims she misunderstood and also used to work with a rescue. So if they worked with a rescue previously I think they completely understood and know how full rescues and shelters are. We are beyond frustrated and completely full. Adoptions are low and funds are scarce. We are very close to having to completely shut down operations. Which means less help in the area for the cats and the community. We are in desperate need of funds for upcoming spay/neuter surgeries and vaccines. I'm posting our PayPal link and our chewy wish list if you prefer to help with food and litter. We thank you so much for your continued support.

Liddy Bug is ready to go to the right home. Very energetic playful girl. She would do great with another feline companion.

Update: Even though we are at capacity and low on funds we could not watch this old girl become an outside cat after living indoors for 8yrs of her life. She will be going tomorrow to be spayed and vaccinated to prevent contributing to the never ending overpopulation problem. Fluff is reported by the owner to be adjusting well to outside life. His owner is taking our advice and updating him on all his vaccines. Our prayers will continue for his safety. If your interested in adopting Raven please reach out. She is 8yrs old and has previously been around other cats and small dogs. Would do best in a quiet home with people willing to love her and give her time to adjust. This is Raven and Fluff. Raven is 8yrs old and Fluff is 2. Both have been indoors their entire life. Due to unforeseen circumstances their owner has to re-home them. (Landlords orders) The owner can not afford to relocate and landlord refuses to let her keep them even paying extra in rent. I know the owner personally and she is very upset about having to re-home them. Raven actually belonged to the first litter that helped inspire the creation of this rescue. You the community have helped in the past and have continued to help support us and keep us going. These two are in threat of going to a barn home. It is currently viewed as the only option. We are full other rescues and shelters are full. Please share and let's find these babies a safe place to lay their heads. Adoption fees are waived.
