8/23 Update: We are following up on 3 possible sighting calls. One was near the GMU Campus. Another was off Braddock Road near Rutherford Park (a couple miles east of GMU). The third was off Henderson Road near Clifton. We are working on getting a tracking team out in the next few days to try to confirm if any of the sightings were our girl. This is the first (and only) time I fed them without being separated. I did this to show the owner how far the guy on the right has come. When he first came to visit me, he couldn't hold a stay position, jumped on everyone he came across, and had little to no obedience skills. Now he's maintaining a sit with distractions, greeting people politely, and is learning to heel on a lead. #bestboy #soproud #MrSmartyPaws #Boxermix #FoodManners

Working on our version of "place" for the kitchen. We use "manners" to get the pup quickly out of the way and to a safe place where they can still be near us, but aren't underfoot as we cook or clean.
