Meet Gourdy 🥰
This little guy has quite a story to tell. He began life on the streets, did a short stint in the “slammer" (shelter), and somewhere along the way, managed to pick up what looks like a full sleeve tattoo. When he first arrived, his round baby belly made him look just like a little gourd—so, of course, his name became Gourdy.
We bailed him and his tiny sister out when they were just over two weeks old. As a bottle baby, Gourdy has grown up seeing people as family, and it shows in his affectionate, confident nature.
Gourdy is an outgoing, adventurous kitten who loves to explore and make new friends. He has met the resident cat and dog; he thinks cats are perfectly fine, but dogs will need to earn his trust. He adores his kitten buddies and spends his days playing, cuddling, and charming everyone he meets.
Gourdy has been attending adoption fairs since he was nine weeks old and greets every visitor with his usual friendly enthusiasm. But somehow, no one has applied for him yet (thankfully his sister has been adopted). We can’t imagine why—he’s everything you could want in a companion.
