I had beautiful walks with my dogs yesterday. Titan and Thestral accompanied me on my workout on the track around JCHC. They are good at waiting patiently while I do calisthenics. Merlin went with me into the woods to enjoy the last couple hours of daylight surrounded by nature. Good dogs.

This week I've been working on Stay with Titan (black and red German Shepherd Dog 6 years old) and Thestral (black with white markings lurcher 1 year old). I recently realized that I haven't worked much on proofing Thestral's stay, and I especially haven't worked on moving behind him while he's holding a stay. Here's a short video of us working on it using play as a reward.

Volunteering at FDSA Camp in Wilmington, Ohio this weekend was even more fun than I expected. 😃 The instructors and fellow volunteers were all fantastic. The working dog teams made incredible progress in just one weekend and were so inspiring. I didn't get to take many photos because I was working 💪 but here's a shot of the agility ring under the chandeliers. ✨

We had another fun day exploring a different beach. There were many other dogs on the beach but everyone I've seen so far has been very respectful of each other's space. ❤️
