Pearl is a sweet, affectionate 3-year-old kitty who's looking for her forever home! Pearl loves being close to people and will even come when you call her. Although she isn't quite a lap cat, she does enjoy being the little spoon at bedtime, cozying up next to you while still giving you your personal space. She’s also a chatty little one and has started playing with toys, especially her favorite cardboard scratchers.

Pearl is a little shy at first, but with some patience and reassurance, she’ll quickly warm up and settle right into your heart. Pearl would thrive in a home with cat-savvy kids (9+), where she can feel safe and loved. She'd like to be the only pet in her new home.

To apply for adoption, please complete our online application: https://www.jotform.com/mobykitrescue/adoption-application.

If you have already submitted an Adoption Application online and would like to be considered for Pearl, please let us know at [email protected].

If your application is selected and approved, you will be contacted and put in touch with her foster family for a meet and greet.

If you submit an application and do not hear back, don't worry! Your application will still be kept on file in case and can be used for other cats that become adoptable.

The adoption fee is $200 and includes the following: spay/neuter surgery, rabies vaccine, distemper vaccines, deworming, microchip, FeLV & FIV testing, deflea and vet examination.

Meet Guillermo, a sweet, affectionate 7-month-old long-haired tuxedo kitten who is full of curiosity and playfulness! While he’s still adjusting to his new environment, Guillermo is already showing an interest in his canine companion, and would thrive in a home with other calm animals or kids old enough to respect his space. Though he’s cautious around new experiences, his gentle nature and willingness to explore make him a great fit for a family looking for a loving and playful addition.

To apply for adoption, please complete our online application: https://www.jotform.com/mobykitrescue/adoption-application.

If you have already submitted an Adoption Application online and would like to be considered for Guillermo, please let us know at [email protected].

If your application is selected and approved, you will be contacted and put in touch with his foster family for a meet and greet.

If you submit an application and do not hear back, don't worry! Your application will still be kept on file in case and can be used for other cats that become adoptable.

The adoption fee is $250 and includes the following: spay/neuter surgery, age-appropriate vaccines, deworming, microchip, FeLV & FIV testing, deflea and vet examination.

Meet Milo, a sweet 6-year-old tuxedo cat who’s looking for a calm home. Milo was found as a stray and we think he may have spent all or most of his life outdoors. He’s not into playing much but is all about snuggling and lounging. He loves attention and affection but isn’t a fan of when it stops, which may lead to some playful nipping or grabbing. Milo is best suited for a quiet, low-traffic home, ideally with someone who works from home and can offer him the steady companionship he craves. He tends to hunker down in a particular room when he's brought into a new home, so his adopters need to be aware of that and patient with him as he gets settled. He can be a bit reactive, especially in stressful situations like being around other cats or loud noises, so he's best suited as the only pet or with another calm, passive cat. If you're looking for a snuggle buddy who just needs some patience and a peaceful environment, Milo might be the perfect match for you!

Milo tested positive for FIV - Feline Immunodeficiency Virus - which is a virus that affects cats' immune systems, but it's important to know that it’s not a big deal and can be easily managed. FIV is mainly spread through deep bite wounds, so it’s not contagious through casual contact like grooming or sharing food. Cats with FIV can live long, happy lives as long as they are kept indoors and receive regular veterinary check-ups. With a healthy diet, a calm environment, and routine care, most FIV-positive cats lead normal, fulfilling lives. It’s just one of those things that requires a little extra attention, but FIV-positive cats can be just as loving, playful, and wonderful as any other cat!

To apply for adoption, please complete our online application: https://www.jotform.com/mobykitrescue/adoption-application.

If you have already submitted an Adoption Application online and would like to be considered for Milo, please let us know at [email protected].

The adoption fee is $200 and includes the following: spay/neuter surgery, rabies vaccine, distemper vaccines, deworming, microchip, FeLV & FIV testing, deflea and vet examination.

Meet Chica! Chica is a sweet senior gal - estimated to be about 10 years old - who was rescued as a stray from the outdoors this winter. Although we don’t know what her life was like prior to being rescued, Chica has spent the past several weeks adjusting to a safe and cozy life indoors. Chica is estimated to be an older gal with an incredibly sweet demeanour. She has shown interest in befriending the dog and other kitties that reside in her current foster home.

Chica prefers to approach humans with some sniffs first before diving in, and nudging you for attention. We hope her adopter adores her loud purrs and affection but also gives her space to make the first move. Chica recognizes her name and loves to be talked to. Chica has only been with us for a short time but has blossomed in all of the best ways.

We think she would enjoy living with another cat or low energy dog companion who is looking for a snuggle buddy. Chica would do best in a quieter home without young children.

Meet Oscar, a sweet 6-month-old kitten who's looking for a patient and understanding adopter. Found as a stray, Oscar is still building his confidence in a new environment. He may initially hiss and hide, but don't be fooled – he's not aggressive. He's simply shy and takes his time adjusting. Oscar thrives in a calm home with another cat (or two) where he can slowly come out of his shell. A slow introduction to his new space is key to helping him feel secure.

Once he gets comfortable, Oscar's playful side comes out! He loves chasing ball tracks and swatting at wand toys, and his fluffy, soft fur is irresistible to pet. When you scratch his back, his floofy tail curls up in the cutest way – it's pure joy to see! He may not be the first to explore his new surroundings, but give him time, and he’ll be your loyal companion. If you're ready to help this timid but lovable kitten gain confidence and build trust, Oscar could be the purrfect addition to your home.

To apply for adoption, please complete our online application: https://www.jotform.com/mobykitrescue/adoption-application.

We put out a call for new TNR (trap-neuter-release) locations in Fall River yesterday. Based on one lead we were able to trap 6 cats in one local yard! Imagine if left there, each of these cats would reproduce multiple times this spring and summer 😱 Now they are in safe hands, ready for surgery and vaccines. Each cat’s temperament will be assessed since many of them are young - if appropriate, they will be placed in foster homes to be socialized for adoption ❤️

If you are interested in having us trap on your property (Fall River), fill out this form and we will be in touch:

FALL RIVER: Our Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR) program is seeking new partnerships! If you know of a residential feral cat colony in FALL RIVER in need of our services, please reach out. We are looking to start immediately and would need your help checking the traps.

There are estimated to be hundreds of thousands of homeless cats in southcoast Massachusetts. The best way to address the feline overpopulation epidemic is to spay & neuter as many cats as possible. We work with members of the community to trap stray cats (using humane traps), and have them sterilized then returned to the same location so that they can live out the rest of their lives healthier and without continuing to reproduce.

If you see homeless cats in your neighbourhood, contact us ASAP so that we can intervene early and improve the kittens' outcome.
