SHAGS N’ WAGS IS HIRING ! looking for part time to full time , experienced groomer with 3 or more consecutive years of experience. Must know this is the Career path they are on. Reliable not only for the new dogs needs and personalities you will encounter, but also resilient to understand in mobile you are working with a generator, a mobile van, and a smaller environment than a salon. We don’t give up on dog here, we give them the safety and opportunity to re-learn, have trust, give patience, and consistency to ultimately give dogs a different personal one on one experience through mobile grooming. I am looking for someone who enjoys small to med sized dogs with styling and trimming needs,as that is the majority of dogs you will be working in addition to small - med bathing dogs. Must understand you are working ALONE and therefore you are working with dogs from start to finish by yourself. There is a huge learning curve to Mobile vs Salon. You would be building up a return client portfolio under the Shags n’ Wags buisness guise . Commission based pay with opportunity for reward commission incentives. schedule can be molded to certain needs . If interested DM.
