I never allow the dogs I'm walking to interact with other dogs. It's not safe nor natural instinct for dogs to be friendly with other random dogs. 👏🏻 I wish more people understood this.

With my job, I meet people and their pets for various reasons. Sometimes, I'm the "when mom and dad are out of town" walker. Sometimes, I'm the "when mom is at work" walker. But every time, I love these dogs as they're my own.
Today, I was with sweet Lila when her mom helped her cross the rainbow 🌈 bridge.
Lila was sweet, vivacious, and full of s***k. I was so lucky to get to know her. I will miss her so, so, so much.

Did you know that they make puzzles for dogs?

These are a great option for dogs like Jax! It keeps their mind stimulated, which is important for working dog breeds. This sweet pup is Rottweiler and Golden Retriever; two breeds bred for working. Keeping their playtime stimulating is important!

Had to take some time off from my pups the last couple weeks! Gary was excited to have me back. It's 33° out and perfect weather for some outside playtime.

It's been pretty chilly ❄

Did you know your dog will give you signs they are too cold? All breeds vary on how long they should be outside due to different coat textures.

Some of the signals are:
• shivering
• acting anxious
• whining
• slowing down
• searching out warm locations
• holding up a paw(s)

My man, Gary, prefers as little time outside as possible when it's this cold. He wears a sweater and a jacket too. 😂 Same, bud... same.
