This is Skinny Pete. Skinny Pet came to us yesterday and had stopped eating some months ago for the previous owner. After evaluating Skinny Pete I decided that he isn't sick with anything so I'm going to document his recovery. He ate for me twice last night, and I'm excited for his recovery. Spot is a hungry boy! Even though he can look a little ferocious, he’s actually a pretty mellow fella! Our tegu mascot is not fearful or timid, and isn’t at all aggressive fractious or defensive. Spot gets time to roam around the store every day, and we love to take him out to show him off. He’s very well tamed and socialized, and hands and fingers are all safe around Spot. However, if you’re a frozen-thawed mouse you’re done for!
