Her foster is currently on their way to my clinic so we can check her out. It is possible that she is having focal seizures. A focal seizure occurs when there is abnormal electrical activity in the brain. There are a multitude of possible causes, ranging from actute, to chronic.

Please keep everything crossed for Jackie, and please consider a donation toward the cost of her exam and diagnostics today. We are looking at a minimum of $350.

It’s been a really rough couple of days; I can’t share why, but I’m just utterly….shattered after the last few weeks. I was going to make a video, but honestly I don’t think any of you need to see me sob. I was then struggling to think of a photo to use, so I went with a cheeky Edie shot from before the snow came.

It’s a big day for two Menagerie residents this Thursday.

Firstly, Moocow is finally getting neutered and having his dental to deal with the stomatitis he’s had since he was a small kitten.

And secondly, Mouse is going to his forever home today at 13 weeks old.

For both of these babies this is absolutely huge, for those that have been following us for sometime you will know that both Moocow and Mouse have overcome a very great deal in their short lives to make it to the point where they currently are and to finally be able to neuter Moocow, get his teeth sorted so his mouth is more comfortable and for Mouse to be well enough, big enough and heavy enough to finally go to his forever home is just absolutely wonderful.

please wish them both luck for today, and especially for Moocow being under anaesthesia, please keep him in your thoughts.
