Good morning Glam Fam on this super chilly morning 🥶 I am sorry I'm a day late. These past first initial 6 days of being open for 2025 I ended up working a lot longer than the schedule said I was supposed to at Glam so time has not been my friend yet 😬 but this morning Glam is closed and time is finally my friend so here I am making our post 😁
There are no new announcements this week. We'll be open Wednesday to next Monday. As I've offered in the past during super cold or super hot weather...if you need a place to come and get warm if you have no heat...Glam welcomes you to come by...sit by our fireplace and get toasty on our couches anytime we are open 💗🤗 everyone is welcome here 💞

Happy New Year Glam Fam! I hope all of you had a blessed Christmas season and wonderful New Year's! I wanted to make a few quick announcements!
🚨 Glam will officially be back open January 2nd at 7:30a!
🚨 Glam will be closed on Tuesdays for 2025 as my guaranteed one day of rest each week. If you need an emergency groom on a Tuesday a convenience fee will be applied to the base spa day price. My goal for 2025 is to rest 10 hours a week versus none 😬
🚨 2025 pricing for myself will start being implemented Jan 2 2025. This is to keep the doors open. I have not given myself a pay raise since I opened Glam in 2020 and this price increase is no different. Please remember if I spa day your doggo the new pricing includes upgraded nail filing and a basic conditioner called "Berry Silk" that does smell yummy and I'm happy with the results it's given on the kiddos I've tested the product on 🤩 I am giving all kitty kiddos same spa day pricing as 2024 for one more year. Deshed for cat have gone up $5 to help pay for deshed shampoo/conditioner product (inflation product prices)
🚨 As a New Year's special this week only...a spa day booked on Jessica Thursday or Friday will be 15% off! Saturday will be 10% off!
🚨 New quick services (appointment still needed) have been added for 2025! One for dog and one for cat. I will make a temporary sign to display in our front window to everyone can see and read the details and will have pricing on sign as well 😃

Good morning Glam Fam and Merry Christmas Eve! I can't believe
we are already at our last post of 2024! 😳🎄🎉😁 I thought I would provide a couple end of year Glam fun stats like I did last year! 🤩
Glam spa dayed kiddos for 3470 hours...2151 kiddos! Our most seen breed of 2024 is the "Goldendoodle" and most popular name we saw in 2024 is "Max." 🥰
🚨 Glam is closed from Dec 24th-Jan 1st. I will check the Glam phone once mid break and then one other time mid afternoon Jan 1st.
🚨 Please be aware the Glam number (479-238-5871) has strictly become our business number and not also my personal number. I do have a new personal private number to help separate Glam from my personal life. In saying that all staff has access to the Glam number which means they are texting when a Glam kiddo is about ready for pickup or if you send a text in general they might be responding in lieu of myself always being the one responding and communicating every single time to everyone. With having grown to 4 team members I cannot keep up with everything anymore. 4 team members is definitely our Glam squad max! 😬 Having all our Squad answering has especially started being implemented the past 3-4 weeks with having Jessica starting to take over the phone a little bit here and there in responding back when a text comes through. So if you get a response that isn't my normal wording or style there is definitely a reason for it ☺️ if you want to talk directly to myself or Jessica or any of my team... please note when sending a text who you need or prefer to respond back and we'll make that particular gal does respond back to you versus someone else ☺️ everyone helping with the phone is still a work in progress for us and getting in a set rythem so I do appreciate everyone's support and patience! 🥰🐾🤗
🚨 Thank you for your loyalty and love and support this year Glam Fam! I'm excited for 2025 with big things in continuing education for Jessica in level 3 grooming and sending our newest and last squad member Haley to bather! There will be heavy discounts like we did for Amanda and Bonnie when trying to make sure they got the required dogs and number of dogs needed for graduating Paragon Grooming School! Please let me know in 2025 if there is any kind constructive criticism that you think would benefit us in helping us become even better than we currently are. I always want myself and staff to be improving and developing more and on a deeper level 🤩🐾
🚨 I want to take a moment of silence for the hoomans and Glam kiddos who have passed away this year. October thru December of this year has been hard in loosing quite a few unexpectedly so please send a prayer or good vibes to these families who are missing a family member that wasn't planned for. I've talked to several recently and they are hurting Fam 😔

Morning Glam Fam! I'm sorry yesterday's post was a little bit different yesterday 😔 Facebook was being odd yesterday and wasn't letting me post more pics in a post nor have any wording...so I'm trying again today 😁
🚨 I'll have Glam open daily until end of business day Dec 23rd. December 24-January 1st Glam will be closed for my annual end of holiday season rest. Glam phone will be turned off.
🚨 Jessica has some openings Friday, Saturday, and open availability Dec 23rd if your doggo needs a last minute Christmas spa day! Let's get her booked up Fam! 😁 Bath kiddo or haircut kiddo!
🚨 To put a little bug in your ear... January our newest Glam squad member Haley will be going to bather school and Jessica will be enrolled in Part 2 of groomer school. So perfect time to watching for bath discounts and certain breed standard haircut discounts! 😃🐾
🚨 Final post of year will be December 24th. This will include all this week's and next Monday kiddos pictures so stay turned for it! 😍🥰🐾

Good morning Glam Fam! We are in full swing of the Christmas season here at Glam! 😁 We have Saturday with a couple of haircuts left for Jessica if your kiddo needs a Christmas spa day! 😀 Please don't forget you can still vote for us on votebestnwa.com!
🚨 Please don't forget Fam...if your kiddo takes a p**pie potty break on the grass please don't leave it for someone else to accidentally step in it. Our landlord accidentally did and he had a "chat" with me so please clean up behind your kiddo. We are happy to provide p**p bags complimentary! 😁 We must respect our space outside of Glam for our neighbor business customers and our landlord ☺️
On a happy note... remember...you are loved and cared for...I know for some, the Christmas season can be hard and lonely. Anytime Glam is open and that is you...the door is always open to chat or just watch a couple of doggies get spa dayed 🥰

Hey Glam Fam! I hope everyone had a wonderful Thanksgiving and holiday over the weekend! 😀 We are now starting to be full blown in celebrating Christmas and decking all the Glam kiddos in festive colors! 😁 If you don't want Christmas theme but instead a neutral theme please let us know at check in ☺️

🚨 We will be in the process soon of creating a website! It will have myself and each of us from the Glam squad with a small blurp about us so you can get to know us even more 😁 I'll also be posting pricing which I've learned is rare. A lot of grooming places seem to be either a "depends on shape, behavior, etc of doggo and we won't have an estimate until you get here" kind of scenario. Even between groomers it seems to be "hush hush" about each of pricing among all of us. At Glam as always I do try to be as transparent as I can so I will be posting basic pricing as well as pictures and hopefully some short videos of all of us working 😊 so stay tuned for it! 🤩
