Meet Ren our newest Dignfied Dane

Ren is a blue harlequin Great Dane, born on 20 March 2022. He is a fairly big boy, weighing in at 125lbs. He has been in one home with 2 other dogs, three adults, and two children ages 11 and 4. He gets along with other dogs and everyone in the home, seeks attention, and loves nothing more than lying down with his people.

What Ren needs is socialization with people outside his direct family. His confidence level is low due to a lack of socialization, and his current family cannot provide that for him nor their medical situation. He is house-trained, crate trained, and was neutered at one year of age. He has been trained to ring potty bells on the door to let you know he needs to go out. Ren will make an excellent addition to any family.

Whiskey joined us today as our newest Dignified Dane, she will not be ready for adoption for a couple weeks. Needing medical attention for vaccines, spay, and skin issues we will get her healthy as soon as possible. Please consider donating to help with her care ❤️

Promise is READY for her new home! She joined our rescue at 81 lbs and now weighs 112! Severely neglected, you can never tell looking at her these days. This spunky girl will make an excellent addition to your home if you want an active cuddle bug. She is not recommended for homes with chickens or small dogs; she does have prey drive but is good with medium and large dogs and is excellent with kids.

She is fully vaccinated, spayed, and microchipped. Please go to our website, www.dignifiedanes.org to fill out our application.

One of our girls was adopted this week! We are so excited to get her placed.

Both Promise and Sieben are still available, contact us for our foster to adopt program. They are great dogs that will make excellent additions to anyones home that appreciates the breed.

This 2 Yr Old Great Dane is STUNNING!! 🤩Enola came to as a Stray on 2/17/23. She is a BIG girl and weighs 101 lbs. The staff is requiring she go to an Adult Only Home with no other dogs. She loves people and kept coming to us in the play yard for petting and of course treats! 🥰🐕 Praying an Awesome Adopter or Rescue with Large Breed Experience will run to the shelter and scoop her up!! 🙏🐕❤️🏃🏻‍♀️🏃🏻‍♂️

Not even 30 days later and Promise is healthy AGAIN! Now well over 110lbs, this girl is ready for her FUREVER home.

Owner surrendered at 81lbs and severely neglected, we took her in and put her on a 5 cup x 2 daily, 2500 calorie diet which has generated these amazing results. She is happier and healthier and we couldn't be more thrilled. Her personality is really shining through now, very loving and affectionate she is looking for someone who wants a giant cuddle bug in their home.

Promise came to our rescue just a couple of short weeks ago; through our program, she has gained over 25 lbs, become socialized with other dogs and children, and her personality is truly shining through! She will be available for adoption in about another 2 weeks, and we are happily accepting applications for her new home.
