Beautiful Miss Daisy came from the farm via CVAS to her new furever home. She's learning how nice it is to live in a warm home. She's super sweet and very smart and did a great job in her good manners training!

New group classes starting at Peaceable Paws LLC

Nose Games starts next week and Speedway starts in October. There is also a workshop the weekend of Nov 9-10 for more advanced training (I will be there auditing the class!!!) ❤️🐾

This is a great idea for not only cats but dogs too!

By incorporating ways to mimic the natural behavior of foraging, you are providing mental stimulation and increasing your cat's physical activity.

Your cat has natural instincts to search and hunt for food, so if you hide some of their meals around the house you are encouraging your cat to act upon his hunting behavior. He will have to use his senses as he searches for the hidden food or treats and once he finds it he will feel like he has found his prey.

Scattering food across the floor, hiding food in crumbled paper, or even using a snuffle mat are quick and easy ways for you to try to mimic foraging for your cat.
