We were going to bring Bodie to meet his new family and we stopped for a bathroom break. I left the truck running since it was warm outside and Bella locked us out. We had to wait for the tow truck. Thankfully they were cool in the ac and we didn’t stop along side the road since my cellphone was locked in the truck. Bella was just smiling at us from the truck and didn’t understand how to unlock I kept encouraging her to step on it from the outside 🤣

Today was a hard day. Beautiful and exciting for Shelby but our last puppy for Bella. We are so thankful for the 10 puppies we have sent out into the world. Having a single puppy to end it made it even harder to say goodbye. Here’s Tate’s last morning snuggles and Shelby’s first minutes in her new home. 😭💖🙏🏼 Zara will miss her little sister and Bella already seems happy! 🐾

It was a gorgeous day outside so baby girl got to feel the grass and play with momma and older sister. She is growing so quick now. Already almost 4 weeks old. Momma was multitasking nursing and wrestling.

Sorry you haven’t heard from me in a little while. I was very stressed waiting on Bella’s last litter. I was so excited to hopefully have a nice sized litter since I knew it would be her last and also because her previous litter we lost two which was so heart breaking. Oct 1 I found out she was having a singleton so I went into research mode. It actually is quite a bit more complicated and so it started raising my anxiety level. Most people told me she would probably need a c-section. I was also watching her since I’ve never had another dog in the house while she’s had puppies seeing how she was reacting to Zara being around and if it would bother her. She never seemed to mind a bit. I posted on a couple pages as her first due date pasted to see what more information people would give me. This honestly caused me even more stress in contact with my vet she kept telling me to be patient and to remember that home labor is the best for momma and puppy. I was taking her temp and noticed the drop Tuesday morning. By that afternoon she had a beautiful baby girl! She is perfect. Tate was home, Zara slept in the whelping box with Bella till she started pushing, and we successfully had a singleton at home. I believe in prayer and so I know Jesus helped us all through it. He cares about dogs too! But here she is!! 🐾💕
