Earlier this evening we caught this spicy little feral kitten 🌶. It seems to be 10-12 weeks old, and a long haired tuxedo. It needs a bath, but we are not sure how friendly it will be to us if we try to handle. Arrangements for this kitten are: walk-in appt to NW spay and neuter clinic to get it fixed vs go to a rescue group on Vashon Island where they will get it fixed and try to socialize it before adopting it out.

When we catch these cats, they are always caught in live humane trap doors. We supply food, water, and cover the cage with a towel during the night so they feel safe.

Kitten highlight of the day! We are naming this cow colored kitten either milky or moo. Amanda has decided to keep this kitten after fostering it! ❤️🐾

Greetings! As many of you know, there is a large feral cat community in our fife neighborhood. Our neighborhood has a nearby nature trail, which unfortunately is an often dumping ground for people to leave their unwanted cats. We have noticed that ever since COVID, so many cats have been dropped off, and now inhabut our neighborhood. Over the past 2 months, with the help of family and friends, we have began our own TNR (trap, neuter, release) program. We have fixed 7 cats in this program so far, and have fostered/adopted 13 kittens.

This page was to document our journey to rescue this feral cat population. There is still so much work to be done. Even feral cats deserve love and a second chance.
