We are excited to announce that JL Settles has chosen to be a part of our Krch Toledo Team! 🤩👏👍
JL is a young inspired individual born and raised in northwest Ohio. He has dedicated his life full time to create a real estate family as he empowers lives through the buying and selling process.
JL is very passionate on relations and communication not only during the process but also after, having 2 children of his own he knows the importance of communicating with family. Real estate is helping others and JL Settles has been doing so since 2005 as his first job was tutoring kids after school.
JL Settles took entrepreneurship serious at a young age and started attending business classes in 2008. Then in 2011 he become president of his schools Distributive Education Clubs of America (DECA) which is a nationwide association that encourages the development of business and leadership skills through academic conferences and competitions.
JL then studied business and philosophy at Wittenberg University in 2012 leading to the start of his semi business in 2016. JL is also huge on responsibility shown by breeding Savannah cats with his children, teaching them the importance of caring and assisting others.
Real estate is building family bonds with clients through trust, loyalty and communication as they enjoy the experience in working with JL Settles.
Between family, business and real estate JL is always consistent in caring for others. When it comes to this profession JL knows you have to get an understanding of someone personally to respectfully fulfill the clients best interest. Young and energetic JL Settles is more ready than ever to network with families throughout Ohio.
