Light tiger python, up to 3 m
The light tiger python is not a poisonous snake. It lives in Asia and prefers dense, humid, tropical forest areas near bodies of water. Typically, the snake chooses a quiet, wet place to live, it can be: a burrow, a cavity in the trunk of a tree or other secluded nook. Pythons are able to climb trees and swim. Their diet includes: small rodents, birds, small mammals. They grip their prey tightly, squeezing until the prey stops breathing, and then swallow it whole.The light tiger python (Indian) usually has a length in the range of 4-5 m. Their coloration is light-colored, dominated by brownish, reddish, yellowish and grayish colors.
