Look who turned 4 weeks old yesterday.
Rocky is growning so quickly. He is walking quiet well, he can sit, growl and he is going potty on the potty pad. Well, he is going often potty on the right pad but he pees on the others pads too. He knows that he is supposed to sleep in the doggy bed in the corner and that's what he is using. He is eating soaked dry food now on his own and he is doing quiet well. No more puppy bottle. He is doing great. He gonna be a big boy when he grows up.

Just in time for Christmas - Roscoe got Adopted ❣️

Lisa Christiansen came to meet the siblings Ginger, Roscoe, Ronnie and Panther. She fell in love with all four of them but Roscoe was the one that purred and cuddled with Lisa the most. At home, Lisa left Roscoe in the closed carrier in the middle of the floor so her other fur-babies could sniffle and snuffle on Roscoe. Happy Tails Roscoe! THANK YOU Lisa and Chris for giving Roscoe a forever home. 🎄🎅🤶🎁

The neglect changes you.
The abuse hardens you.
The suffering breaks you.
The ignorance angers you.
The indifference disturbs you.
The injustice destroys you.

On a daily basis…your faith will be tested.
Your heart will be wounded....
Your soul will be altered.

On a weekly basis…you’ll question yourself.
You’ll question your strength.
You’ll question the world.

On a monthly basis…you’ll fall down.
You’ll get up.
You’ll go on…

On a yearly basis…you’ll look back…
You’ll see faces…
You couldn’t save them.
You’ll learn to mourn.
To grieve.
To sob.
You’ll learn to trust a little less.
To do a little more.
To fight a little harder.
You’ll learn to try.
To hope.
To pray.
You’ll learn to fail.
To succeed.
To accept.
You’ll learn when to hold on.
When to give up.
When to let go.
You’ll learn who you are.

Rescue is pain.

Victoria Balch is trying since years to help the Elgin Community with the stray cat issue. Way too many cats getting dumped or left behind when the owner is moving. Starting a TNR Program would be the solution but the Community's help is needed.

"Hi neighbors! I’m looking for immediate placement on farms, barns, warehouses, or spacious rural properties that could use some natural rodent control. Feral cats can be a great asset in keeping the mice and rat populations under control while giving them a safe environment to live in.

If you’re interested in providing a home for feral cats that need a place to roam and hunt, please reach out! These cats will be spayed and neutered. I’d be happy to discuss what is needed to make the transition successful.

Thank you for helping give these cats a second chance while benefiting from their skills! Please share if you know of anyone who might be interested."

The promised Update on Buddy, the Great Pyrenees! Look what has happened to Buddy since he came to his Foster Mom and Dad. Micki wrote... He scratches on the patio door to go use the bathroom outside. He's a good boy. Hasn't messed in the house yet. I have to bring him inside though because he prefers outside.

Two Kittens needed a bottle feeder and that's how they ended up with me. I love bottle babies. These girls are about 2 1/2 to 3 weeks old and where born on Lawton streets. A lady that cares for many stray cats in her neighborhood trusted me with these little nuggets and they figured out pretty quick that wet food taste so much better than Formula and they are diving into the food the moment they smell it. Enjoy the video clip.

Two kittens were in need of a Foster in two different locations. We all met in Bristow, OK and they are safe now. Look at those 4 and 5 week old girls. Aren't they cute?
