It's this kind of day...... Don't forget to brush. Use that coconut oil with your enzyme toothpaste. Check those teeth for retained puppy teeth and tartar. You can use Teef (on website) in drinking water to help keep tartar down. Keep em smiling. 😁🐶

What's for breakfast this morning? Eggs, organic Japanese sweet potato, coconut oil, yogurt, Flora dog probiotic, eggshell membrane, blueberries and of course their NuVet products. The eggshell lining and shell are great for your pups joints. I only use the eggshells from fresh eggs as store bought have been bleached. "The Forever Dog Life" cookbook has a great section on egg benefits.

To learn more about our obedience class join us for orientation this Saturday at 9am!this is a great time of year to train! Not too hot and the pool for newbies to try!! Don’t bring your dog the first meeting so I won’t be distracted by your sweet pup!!

Puppies experiencing the pool. Will add more water when the weather warms up some. That won't be long in East TX weather. Do we have some more lake loving puppies??? I see swimming lessons coming soon. These two are R-T-G to their Furever 🏡. Just in time for summer fun.

Nine years ago this month we went to the shelter to adopt one pup and came home with these two. They are best buddies.

Allie is the sweetest girl ever. She loves all
dogs and people. She loves when kids come to visit, chasing balls and lights. Patches had both kinds of mange when we adopted her. Due to that she has horrible allergies. She has hip dysplasia (product of backyard breeding) as well. We have worked hard to get her to where she has fewer skin flare ups. NuVet Plus has made a huge difference in her allergies. NuJoint DS helps with the hips. She's a trooper.

These two have saved our littles from many hawks.

Sharing a bit of knowledge from "The Forever Dog" book by Rodney Habib and Dr. Karen Becker.

Humans, as well as our dogs, carry "zombie cells". These are normal cells that encounter a stressor (damage to DNA or viral infection) at which point they choose to die or become "zombies". Zombie cells release harmful chemicals that harm good cells thus causing inflammation in the body. Pretty sure they are taking over my body!

Polyphenol reduces these zombie cells in the body. Treats such as berries, apples, pears, broccoli, beans, and cucumbers (just to name a few) can help eliminate zombie cells (use in moderation).

Polaris is ready to test for CGC. Still the smallest one there but he stood his ground when a labradoodle lunged at him. A lion in a tiny body. Theodore is off visiting the panhandle side of our kennel so Popo stood in at advanced class for him.
