Today four of our sweet WRS doggies got their freedom ride! We were honored to share the ride with several different TX Panhandle cities- Floydada, Lubbock, Brownfield, Lamesa, Littlefield, Dumas and Amarillo (kitten)! 🐾❤️

Do you remember our sweet girl Nellee? 🩷
She was found in Dodson Tx and was with us for several months. Nellee is one of the best dogs we have ever helped. She is gentle and so very friendly to all! She finally got her freedom ride two weeks ago and she has already been adopted in Kansas! 🎉

Raffle information and disclosures:
*The raffle will be open from October 12, 2024 and end on December 7, 2024- drawing will take place at 5pm CST.
*Tickets are $50.00 each, only 2500 tickets will be sold.
*Winner does not need to be present or a Texas resident.
*Clean titles in hand. Winner will be responsible for taxes, tags/registration fees.
*Must be 18+ years old to enter the raffle/claim the prize.
*Winner must confirm/arrange pick up within 14 days of notice.
*If the number of tickets sold is less than 2000, raffle will turn into 50/50 grand prize.

Today 14 beautiful Texas dogs are making their way to Wisconsin! Thank you to our rescue partners at Homeward Bound Animal Rescue of Wisconsin & Jack’s Playground ! 🚐❤️

7 of these sweet souls are Wellington Rescue Shelter dogs, some who have been waiting OVER A YEAR to get their freedom ride! It was a bittersweet goodbye with lots of hugs and happy tears! Good luck and happy tails sweet Cosmo, Petey, Elsie, Bobo, Ranger, Clay & Wylie! 🎉🐾

Many of our sweet WRS babies will be transporting to Wisconsin later this month to Homeward Bound Animal Rescue of Wisconsin and Jack’s Playground! Several of them have been waiting for almost a year to get their freedom ride! 🐾❤️

We are having trouble getting Wylie’s video up on FB because the nature of what it contains. I’ll see if I can upload it in the comments down below. 👇

When we found Wylie, his leg was almost severed, hanging on by 2 ligaments and skin. We rushed him to the Clarendon vet where he had emergency surgery. His leg had to be amputated in order to save his life. But Wylie has proved that he still has a lot of living to do and this isn’t going to hold him back! We are so proud of this brave boy!

Wiley has a pretty hefty vet bill from his surgery, and we could definitely use some help getting it cleared. If you would like to donate towards Wiley’s vet costs, we would greatly appreciate it! Any little bit helps!
