Our first Fort Armstrong Ranch Horse Series show is now in the past, and despite the weather, our show was a success.
Thank you to all of the exhibitors who supported our first show. Thank you to our office staff, grounds crew, announcer, ring crew, cattle committee, judges, sponsors, and the FAHA board for believing in us.

Thank you for a great first show! We appreciate all of the exhibitors and their cheering sections!!

We could not have had this show run as smoothly without the help of our volunteers. We loved welcoming quite a few new volunteers this weekend. If you plan on using your volunteer hours for the upcoming Summer Series show this weekend please log them by Tuesday evening as we will be pulling the volunteer log.

Remember 6 hours discounts your stall for the weekend to $20 and 10 hours covers your camping cost for the weekend.

Due to the heat, we are pushing the start times of the clinic and the paid trail warm ups to 7:00 pm

The clinic is in the main arena.

The paid trail warmups are in the upper arena. Cost is $5 for 5 minutes.

🚨UPDATE🚨

After receiving a number of questions regarding acceptable shirts for this weekends' show and further review, a short sleeve button down shirt with a collar is preferred however, a short sleeve shirt with a collar such as a polo will be acceptable. Shirts must be tucked in and have a neat, workmanlike appearance appropriate for the ranch discipline.

No tee shirts or tank tops

The show committee spoke with the Judge, Short Sleeve-collared Shirts will be permitted this weekend
As always, Chaps are to be worn at your discretion

Looking at the forecast for the weekend, we plan to continue with the show as scheduled. However, we are planning a laid-back show; we will add breaks to the show on a as-needed basis, too. Make sure Cattle, Horses, Exhibitors, and Staff have the opportunity to rest and rehydrate.

We have a great group of vendors for everyone this weekend!

Everything from food trucks, shopping for you and your horse, and therapeutic options for both horse and human to help make the show (and heat) as enjoyable as possible!

Keep your eyes peeled for our posts highlighting our vendors this week!

We also have bags of ice for purchase on site located at the back of our kitchen. $3 a bag cash only. The cash box is located directly beside the ice chest. Please remember to drop your cash in the drop box.
