As summer rolls around there are plenty of people who pick up pet sitting to make a little extra money.

Please make sure whoever watches your pet has pet sitting insurance and is prepared for emergencies.

These people may charge extra, but it is worth it for the peace of mind of knowing your pet is well cared for.

We have two sitters ready to serve you! We offer drop in visits and midday walks.

We have been pet sitting for over seven years and have plenty of references, and we are insured by a reputable pet care company.

We offer drop-in visits. Prices depend on number of pets and location.

We have two experienced sitters to serve you.

We offer a complimentary meet and greet so we can get to know you and your pets and go over the necessary paperwork for us to provide care.

When considering your options for pet care ask yourself (and your sitter) the following questions:

• How much experience does this person have?

• Do they have an emergency plan? (All pet sitters should have a Vet release form)

• How much information do they ask for about my pet?

• Does this person have reviews or references?

• Is this person insured by a reputable pet care company?

Hello everyone!

Just wanted to post a quick update to let everyone know we are still active.

Sebastian, our Golden Retriever is two years old now and will be three in July.

My mother, Rene, has also started taking pet sitting jobs as well. She is also covered under our insurance.

Hello all!

I hope you are all well! Just an update on what is going on in my life.

My fiancé and I welcomed a puppy into our home! Meet Sebastian!

Sebastian is a Golden Retriever. He will be 4 months old on Sunday.

Sebastian tried to “help” me with scheduling and destroyed my planner. I believe I have gotten everyone’s dates transferred to my new planner but please verify with me, just to be sure!

The holidays are right around the corner! Please remember to book as soon as you know your dates.

As I have said in previous emails we will not be accepting overnight bookings during Christmas but we still will take drop-ins. We are already booked for overnights during Thanksgiving but still have room for drop-in visits.

As you all know I got engaged back in June! We have decided to move our wedding date up to May 2020. As a result of this we will not be accepting bookings during the month of May next year. We apologize for any inconvenience.

• There are less than FIVE months until Christmas so make sure you are booking for the holidays NOW!

• We are already booked for overnights the week of Thanksgiving but we can still book drop-ins visits.

•We will NOT be booking overnights for December 23rd, 24th, or 25th. We will accept bookings for drop-in visits during this time.

•Please remember when you book with us we are turning other people away to accommodate your request so please let us know IMMEDIATELY if your plans change.

To our clients,

Happy Easter! I hope you are all enjoying this holiday with your families.

As of Thursday, I am no longer employed in Lake Lure. I was offered another position at different company and will be working very irregular hours. Due to this I will not be able to provide the quality of care your pets deserve. It is with a heavy heart I announce I will no longer be able to serve the Lake Lure area.
I fully intend to honor all dates that I have already committed to in Lake Lure, but I will no longer be taking future bookings in Lake Lure.

Again this only applies to LAKE LURE clients.

I have met with Diane Rhodes who is a pet sitter in the Lake Lure area and she is willing to do no obligation meet and greets with my Lake Lure clients. She is bonded and insured and has references available upon request.

I am very sorry for any inconvenience this may cause and I’m thankful you have allowed me to care for your pets.

If there is anything I can do to make this transition easier please do not hesitate to let me know.

UPDATE 3/23- They are now with a foster family until their owners are found.

FOUND DOGS - Friday, March 22 at Rumbling Bald Resort, Lake Lure, NC around the Fox Run Time Share units. They have been out for a while and are a little beaten up. Neither are microchipped. Animal Control has been notified in case an owner is looking for them. If you know who they belong to, please contact Gale Williams Wilson. They are currently at the Fox Run Office at Hermann Wilson Road. If anyone can hold on to them that would be helpful. Unfortunately, no rescue in the county has the resources to intake so anyone who takes them now would need to hold on to them until an owner is found or other arrangements can be made. If we can't find shelter for them, they will be provided with food, water, and outside shelter at the Fox Run office. We're just hoping they don't roam away from there. Re-posting is greatly appreciated to help get boy and girl home.
