About White Rock Kennels

Founded in 1969, the first dogs brought into the breeding program were basically from the Ruffian line. (Erica), and Ch. (Smokey), Ch.

The most important from a breeding standpoint were: Ch. Archer's Muneca Dulsie de G's, C.D. Indian Doc's Delilah, U.D.. Breedings to Ch. Indian Doc and to Ch. Ruffian Hercules of Har-Wyn produced several outstanding dogs, including: Ch. Pascoe's White Rock Cristi, Ch. White Rock Dagger, and Ch. White Rock Jet Bomber. Early obedience winners were: Lancer's Silver Smoke, U.D. Indian Doc's Delilah, U

.D. and White Rock Brewster Moon, Sch. I. Today, their descendants continue to excel in conformation and working ability due to conscientious breeding practices. During the last 27 years, White Rock has produced 88 conformation champions, and over 57 working titles, including both obedience and Schutzhund. Other titles include Canine Good Citizens, Temperament Test, and Therapy Dog International. White Rock's breeding philosophy is simple: We breed occasionally, and only when we can improve the breed. We place equal emphasis on working ability and on conformation to AKC standard. As a result, White Rock has achieved an excellent ratio of conformation vs. working titles. Temperament testing of puppies has been utilized since 1970 and assures the buyer the best in trainability and reliability. White Rock Kennels is owned by Richard Pascoe and is located 3.5. miles north of Forney, TX

The Man. The Myth. The Legend.
On Friday morning, Dr. Richard Pascoe took his last breath and he passed away peacefully in his sleep. This man has more achievements in his lifetime then 10 men combined. A well known pathologist, served in the Navy, the ”God Father” in the dog world with a famous bloodline, a 4th degree black belt in aikido, had a pilots license and flew his own planes, was an author of 2 books, loved to ski in the mountains in Taos, was a wonderful friend, a great story teller, and a damn good boss. He will never be forgotten and his stories will live on forever. RIP Doc ❤️

Our sweet Ginger passed away some time over the night last night. I have no words, this was completely unexpected. To say she was sweet is an understatement. All she wanted in life was affection, cuddles, and kisses. I’ll miss you tremendously.

When our kennel closed, so many wonderful people stepped up to give our dogs homes. One of those people, Judith Brecka, took Blaze. Unfortunately, Judith is facing some health problems and is having to move into a facility where she can get the care she needs. She cannot take Blaze with her, although she would if she could! So Blaze needs a new home! She is in California, so if anyone there (or not there) can take her in it would be wonderful! She is on a special food due to kidney issues. Please reach out to me or Judith with any questions or if you’re interested! Please, she needs your help!
