🛑 DANGER: Cane Toad (Bufo Toad) Alert! 🛑
These invasive toads are TOXIC to pets — and just a lick can be deadly.

🐸 How to Identify a Cane Toad:
✔️ No ridges on head (unlike native toads)
✔️ Large poison glands behind eyes
✔️ Often seen at night, near lights or water

⚠️ If your pet comes into contact:
1️⃣ Rinse their mouth with running water (head down!)
2️⃣ Wipe mouth & gums gently
3️⃣ Get to a vet IMMEDIATELY

🚨 Symptoms of poisoning:
🤢 Drooling
🐾 Pawing at mouth
🚫 Bright red gums
🌀 Vomiting, stumbling
💔 Seizures or sudden death

✅ Protect your pets:
🦮 Supervise outside time
🍽️ Bring in food & water at night
🌟 Light up your yard
