ABirdhouse Avian Sanctuary
Fort Myers Parrot and Bird Rescue-ABirdhouse Avian Sanctuary opened. in 1986. We have relocated to Fort Myers and wish to continue our rescue work. Our focus will be on helping those who need help with nutrition and behavior for their feathered friends. We will be focusing on working jointly with other area rescues. We believe this needs to be a joint focus to help our feathered friends.
Since 1986 we have worked extensively in the the Avian field. Starting in Milwaukee WI on 13th & Morgan we have found homes for many birds. The passion never ends to provide the very best care for our feathered friends, and in Fort Myers Fl the passion continues. We will continue our work in providing our avian friends. a place of permanent residence.
We know things can change and re-homing your bird is a very hard to do. If you need advice or a place to bring your bird , please message us or email. [email protected] If you also need a place temporary to bring your bird to till you can change your situation we understand as well. This is a no judgement zone.
