TERMS OF SERVICE
1. I hold all rights to refuse to work with a pet.
2. I reserve all rights to restrain pet within a crate should it be deemed necessary to prevent damage to person*, property**, and other pets***.
3. Should a pet be deemed too aggressive, I reserve the rights to apply proper muzzling▪︎ to prevent injury to self*, pets***, and property** during care and cleaning.
4. Should pet not be housebroken, a small cleanup fee will be applied.
5. Pets bathed here are bathed in my house. Destruction of property** will result in a minor fee to cover replacement/repair.
6. A waiver agreeing to these terms and conditions must be signed before the pet may be dropped off. Refusal to sign will result in a Lost Time fee, which will prevent a full refund.
●WAIVERS CURRENTLY CANNOT BE PRINTED OUT. BY USING MY SERVICES YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, AND WILL BE INFORMED OF SUCH.
7. Refunds may be issued with cancelations an hour in advance of appointment. After the hour is entered, there will be a cancelation fee to cover the lost timeslot.
8. Any special diet pet food must be provided, as well as any special treats or toys. I provide the basic treats I have on hand, and only stock Ol Roy dog food in my house. This may change when I am able to fund it, but for now it's how it is.
9. I do NOT do overnight boarding unless it's an emergency. Pets grooming is usually completed within 1-2 hours. Any longer than 4 hours will apply a Boarding fee. Past 8 hours, the pet will have abandonment filed.
10. I reserve all rights to use pictures of the pet pre, during, and post bathing for my page.
11. I will not tolerate dogs jumping on me, when they do that I react by pushing their snouts sideways while walking into them to teach them not to do that. If your pet is trained well, that has a chance to reduce the price of service. Pets will be subjected to slight training, as when I hand out treats I wait for the pet to calm down and sit. This has to be mentioned, as some people insist its OK if their dog jumps, licks faces, and tries to sn**ch treats.
* Damage to person will result in a fee to cover medical aid, such as bandages, as well as cleanup if there is blood present, as I take that seriously and do a biohazard clean.
** Damage to property entails: broken items, Water damaged items, damaged furniture, and broken leashes/harnesses/tools. This fee is the upfront cost of the item, tool, or restraint and will only be what a generic replacement is worth. For example, should the pet destroy a leash, the cost to replace it will be whatever the Large dog leashes currently cost at Dollar Tree.
*** Damage to pets will result in multiple fees. Should your pet somehow manage to get to another pet, whether it's escaping confinement when the next client comes by or breaking a door to get to my personal pet, that will result in an Agression fee, Assault fee, and if needed, fees to cover the vet visit.
▪︎ The preferred and used muzzle is a Downtown Pet Supply Basket Muzzle, to allow your pet to safely eat and drink.
