At the Charleston Dog Shelter, every dog who walks through our rescue carries a story—some of hardship, some of abandonment, and many of heartbreak. 💔 Our mission is to rescue, heal, and give these dogs the chance they deserve. Every single day, our volunteers pour their hearts into providing warmth, comfort, medical care, and reassurance to dogs who may be experiencing love for the very first time. Our dogs depend on us. 🐕❤️
But we can’t continue this work without your support. 🙏
Right now, we have an urgent need for supplies to keep our dogs healthy and comfortable through the winter months. ❄️ Our stock of food and cleaning essentials is running low, and your generosity can help us replenish what we need most.
**Current needs:**
- **Wet canned dog food with pull tabs** (Purina or Pedigree)
- **Cesar Home Delights wet food cups** (used for giving medications)
- **Dry dog food** (Purina or Pedigree)
- **Bleach** for keeping kennels clean and sanitary
We specifically request Purina and Pedigree brands to avoid upsetting our dogs’ sensitive stomachs. 🐶

Supplies can be shipped to **4142 Haney Road in Charleston** (the home of one of our shelter volunteers), or dropped off at the shelter by arrangement.
